In my hometown,its our custom to have a big dinner on the evening of New Years Eve.Before dinner,firecrackers should be set off first,and a small amount of rice and wine should also be served on the table as the memory and commemoration of the anc
3、estors.Then,we start to eat with the reunion of all family members,and toast to each other with our sincerely blessings.After the dinner,with firecrackers,incense and candle,men in the family usually go to the family graves to worship our ancestors. When it comes to night,the whole family get togeth
4、er to watch the Spring Festival Evening Party on CCTV,and sometimes,we play cards or some other games,surrounded by tea eggs,candies,and other delicious food.None of us except the elders would go to bed until midnight when we ring out the Old Year and ring in the New with beautiful fireworks blooming in the sky. That is how we spent our time on Spring Festival in my hometown.
