12、喜欢喝鸡汤，因为它很浓，很香，很有营养。最近听说有一本叫心灵鸡汤，我带着好奇心把它买回了家。看着看着，我喜欢上了它。这本书分为21个章节，共有211个意味浓厚的故事。比如说书中讲到一个女孩得了肿瘤，动手术后三个月就康复了。可是掉了她最美的金黄的头发。于是她妈妈为她买了顶可爱的帽子，第二天，就上学去了，但到了班级门口时，他迟迟没有进去，但当她一眼望去时。啊！全班同学都戴着帽子。原来班主任老师在她上学前一天，得知了这个消息后，便对班里的同学说:“从明天开始我们要学习关于帽子的知识，所以请大家戴上自己最喜欢的来。”读到这里我的心深深的被打动了，这是一定怎么样的帽子呢?小姑娘的帽子里装满了妈妈的爱，而同学们的帽子里盛满了无尽的友情和爱的鼓励。爱是奇迹，我相信小姑娘会因为，爱而勇敢的成长下去。生活中我们应该向需要帮助的人伸出援助之手，要用平静的心态去对待。在有时候，可能因为你的一个动作拉开了她的心灵创伤。也可能应为你的一个动作为他熬伤。希望你能成为那个给与心灵鸡汤的人。
