However, how can we generate good ideas out of various source is a problem. Therefore, I suggest that we can do the following. First of all, we c
3、ould collect information from newspaper, radio, TV and Internet and so on. After that, we ought to sort out information and find useful information. Last but not at least, it is necessary for us to share and communication our thoughts with other people, which can make a big difference for the innovation.As far as Im concerned, innovation matters enormously to an organization or a country. We should be not only fully-prepared, but also patient so that we can do it better.
