1、混凝土厚度（冲击回波法）无损检测能力与测评标准一、技能点能力要求能用冲击回波法检测混凝土厚度。二、测评标准序号考核项内容及要求分值1检测准备（6分）首先开箱清点器具，未清点扣2分。清点完 毕后，测试过程中增补配件扣1分。2正式开始测试前应开机检查，确定信号线路 通畅，无此行为扣2分。2被测构件外观检查，无此行为扣2分。22现场数据采集准备工作（12 分）设备连接组装：信号线连接主机，有错插行 为扣1分，有踩线、拽线、折线行为扣1分， 暴力使用扣6分。6新建数据文件夹，并以考生编号命名，数据 保存路径为考生新建的数据文件夹，最多扣6 分。6输入标定文件名，文件名不规范扣2分。23波速标定（8分）

If any item is missing, 1 point will be deducted, and a maximum of 2 points will be deducted.2Thickness should be analyzed and processed by analytical softwar
16、e (2 points),the thickness analysis should correctly input the calibrated wave velocity (2 points).4The data in the thickness analysis result should be solved for the correct result value, there must be no valid results in the analysis, and 2 points will be deducted for each occurrence, with a maxim
17、um deduction of 4 points.4When analyzing the thickness, the validity of the waveform should be checked.
