1、1.1 零件CAD由零件建模所得到的模具上模体图(建模的大致过程、截取几个关键的过程图)试用UG建模后,导出igs格式的文件。1.2零件加工工艺设计1.2.1 确定毛坯类型1)铣削零件毛坯类型:圆柱2)零件材料:塑料 3)制造方法:铣削1.2.2 数控加工工艺分析1工艺分析 如图所示,零件外形规则。工件复杂程度一般,包含了平面、圆弧表面,选用机用虎钳装夹工件,采用试切法对刀,找正工件X、y轴零点。根据零件图样要求给出加工工序为:1:铣端面 选用M50的面铣刀 2:粗铣外形 1 选用M16的端铣刀3:粗铣外形2 选用M8的球铣刀4:精铣外形1 选用M8的球铣刀5:精铣外形2 选用M8的球铣刀6:

32、7N2268 X-26.493 Y-24.88N2270 X-26.617 Y-24.01N2272 X-26.641 Y-23.623N2274 X-49.594N2276 G0 Z-7.55N2278 Z-5.55N2280 G91 G28 Z0.N2282 M05N2284 M30%心得体会:为期三周的CAD/CAM课程设计转眼就结束了,但是带给我的感受却永远的留在了我的心。总的来说,这次为期三周周是一次有趣的,且必给了我今后的学习工作上的重要的经验。在以后的时间里也恐怕不会再有这样的机会去让我们去体验这样的生活,也恐怕难有这样的幸运去体验身边的每一样东西到底是如何制造出来的了。课程设计,使我们更深一步地认识和掌握CAD/CAM软件,并深刻体会到了自动编程软件(mastercam)在数控机床加工中的巨大作用。通过学习使我们从理论学习转到了实际生产,同时我们对加工参数的设置有了感性的认识,如下刀位置、下刀方式、进退刀参数以及刀具切削间距的设定等等。经过两周的实训,我们认识到了我们专业的先进性,更重要的是为我们以后从事数控行业打下坚实的基础,学到了知识和技术,更重要的是学会了团队合作的精神。18
