1、可编辑办公室租赁合同(5) 第九条争议的解决方式ARTICLE9：SettlementofDispute本合同在履行中如发生争议，双方应协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可依据中华人民共和国仲裁法向上海市仲裁委员会提请仲裁。仲裁结果将为最终结果，对双方均有约束力。AnydisputeoccurringinthetermofthisAgreementshouldbesettledthroughnegotiation.Ifitcannotbesettledafternegotiation,eitherpartycan,incompliancewiththeArbitrationLawofPRC,ap
2、plyforarbitrationinShanghaiArbitrationCommittee.ThearbitrationawardshallbefinalandbindingonbothParties.第十条本合同未尽事宜，一律按中华人民共和国合同法的有关规定，经合同双方共同协商，作出补充规定，补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。ARTICLE10：AnymattersnotstipulatedinthisAgreementshallbesettledintheAddendumaftermutualnegotiationbetweenPartyAandPartyBaspertherelevant
3、regulationsinthe“ContractLawofPRC”.TheAddendumandtheAgreementshallbeequallyauthentic.第十一条本合同正本采纳中英文两种文字混合，一式2份，出租方、承租方各执1份，两种文字具有同等法律效力。两种文字如有不符，以中文文本为准，经双方签字后正式生效。ARTICLE11：ThisAgreementisexecutedin2(two)originals(mixtureofEnglishandChinese),1(one)foreachParty.Thetwolanguageshavethesamelegaleffects,andChineseversionwillprevailifanyconflictsexistingbetweentwolanguagecontents.ThisAgreementshallbecomeeffectiveonthedateofexecution.签约方：PartiesPACTLWEST签约地：Place签字：Signature签字人：SignerBettinaGanghofer职务：Title付总经理/DeptutyGenertalManager签约日期：Date 2 / 2
