34、rategic planning)其实strategy一词足以;10、要求预测:(requirement forecast)需求预测11、员工申请表:(employee requisition)我认为中英文在这里容易产生歧异:如果是部门需要招聘,需填写招聘申请表(recruiting application form);如果是应聘者应聘填写的表格,通常的称谓是(job application form);这里的“员工申请表:(employee requisition)”我不太明白是何种情况。12、试用期应该是很多企业用到的名词,我添加一下(probation);13、加上“辅导”一词(coac
35、hing),很常用的;14、经营管理策略:(business games)games如果是strategy会更专业;15、角色扮演:(role playing)不要说语法了,就应该是role play,没有ing,role play这里就是名词一个;16、工作轮换:(job rotating)job rotation;17、质量圈:(quality circles)品质圈,或品管圈,这样更贴切在任何企业中,品质的含义都比质量更高;18、职业动机:(career anchors)中文极不准确,应该是“职业锚”,完全是两码事;19、报酬:(compensation)译成薪酬更好;20、奖金:(incentive compensation)incentive足以;21、加一个常用词,年终奖(annual bonus);22、工会:(union)当然是labor union了,没有labor就没有任何意义;-第 10 页-
