2、培训时间共_天; 4.培训团组人数为_ _人; 5.主要培训地点在 _国(地区) _市_单位(学校或公司名称); 6.培训团组的行程路线(城市):_(含离抵境地点和境外培训地点)。二、培训目的和内容学习_ 、 、 方面的先进技术或管理经验,提高培训团组成员专业和管理水平。(甲方针对培训主题提出内容和要求)三、培训方式乙方应采取包括但不限于如下方式对培训团组进行培训:1.专家授课:【列明对授课专家业务水平、最低授课时间、授课范围或内容、典型案例分析等方面的要求】2.实地交流访问或实习:【列明交流访问时间、地点和单位,访问内容等】 四、双方责任和义务甲乙双方在安排本培训项目的境内外各项活动中,应遵
3、守中国和乙方所在地的法律、中国政府有关因公出国(境)管理规定和国家外国专家局关于出国(境)培训管理规定,甲乙双方各自的责任和义务为: (一)甲方责任和义务 1.负责培训团组人员的组织工作,向乙方提供培训团组人员名单; 2.负责办理出国护照、签证等有关手续; 3.负责提出培训要求、培训日程、路线和授课教师资格等; 4.负责支付乙方为完成培训任务而经双方共同商定的费用; 5.负责跟踪了解培训团组在境外期间的各项活动,给予政策引导和咨询; 6.不得向乙方提出违反出国(境)培训规定及外事纪律的要求。(二)乙方责任和义务 1.负责向甲方签发邀请函; 2.负责按甲方的要求进行课程设计,配备高质量的师资和专
4、业翻译,制订行程安排并通过甲方报国家外国专家局出国培训管理司批准后执行; 3.负责组织专家授课、对口交流或实习等业务实践活动,应超过培训团组在境外日程的2/3; 4.不得擅自改变培训课程、日程和路线,不得组织安排培训团组前往其他国家、未经批准的城市和色情、赌博场所;5.负责培训团组食、宿、行等接待服务工作; 6.负责给培训团组提供住宿条件应达到的要求为 ; 7.保证培训团组培训及公务活动时全程安排商务用车和专业司机接送; 8.不得将培训团组转手给其它机构或团体接待; 9.及时反馈培训团组在境外期间的重要情况和问题,或根据甲方的要求提供对培训团组在境外期间培训的质量评估及相关情况; 10.不得给
5、予培训团组或其他人员任何回扣;11.乙方对培训合作情况、参训人员的个人和财务信息等应采取合理的保障措施,防止敏感信息泄露、滥用或未授权的使用或披露。(三)双方协商后明确的其他责任和义务 五、费用及付款方式 1.甲乙双方亦同意,由_方负责为培训团组人员办理境外人身意外伤害和紧急医疗救助保险。2.甲方参团人员按照在中国政府规定的标准范围内支付乙方出国(境)培训费用,人均费用_元(货币名称)。用于支付: 培训授课、专业翻译及相关费用;培训团组的食宿行费用; _、_、_等费用。(根据实际成行人数相应增减) 3.甲方参团人员在培训团组抵达_ _国(地区)后向乙方交付培训费用(或甲乙双方协商确定付款方式和

Responsibilities and ObligationsDuring the overseas training, both parties should abide by the laws of China and the country in which Party B i
13、s located, and the policies and regulations on overseas training formulated by the Chinese government and the SAFEA. The responsibilities and obligations of both parties come as follows: A. Responsibilities and Obligations of Party Aa. Responsible for organizing the training group and giving the lis
14、t of trainees to Party B.b. Responsible for going through passports, visas and related documents.c. Responsible for putting forward the training requirements, curriculum, itinerary and qualification of teachers, etc.d. Responsible for payment for the completion of the training agreed by both parties
15、.e. Responsible for all overseas activities of the training group including providing guidance and consultation on related policies. f. Not allowed to ask Party B for any requests that violate the regulations on overseas training and disciplines on foreign affairs. B. Responsibilities and Obligation
16、s of Party B a. Responsible for sending invitation letters to the Party A. b. Responsible for design of curriculum, selection of high-qualified teachers and interpreters and design of itinerary in line with the requirements of Party A, and implementation of training activities approved by the Depart
17、ment of Overseas Training of SAFEA. c. Responsible for setting the hours of training activities like lectures, visits or fieldwork totaling over two-thirds of the entire training hours. d. Not allowed to change the training curriculum and itinerary without approval. Not allowed to help the training
18、group to travel to other countries or unapproved cities, or go to sites known to feature pornography or gambling. e. Responsible for providing food, accommodation, transportation and other relevant services for the training group. f. Responsible for the confirming that the standard of accommodation
19、arranged for the training group reaches the requirements of . g. Responsible for safe vehicles and professional drivers during the training period. h. Not allowed to transfer the training group to other organizations or agencies. i. Responsible for timely feedback of any important issues and situati
20、ons during the training period or, as Party A requested, giving an evaluation report of the training group. j. Not allowed to pay kickbacks to the training group or any individuals. k. Responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the training cooperation, personal and financial information of train

Based on the agreement of both parties, (Party A or Party B) should cover life accident insurance and emer
22、gency medical insurance for the trainees during the training period.b. 25、ed of training program. 6. Arbitration of Disputes or Claims This Agreement is under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Both parties agree to arbitrate the disputes to the China InternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission if no agreements can be achieved through friendly negotiation.
