5、.2 ASTM D2244 6 DKBA0.400.0001 标准样板的规定与清单- 术语和定义:术语定义阳极氧化在电流作用下,位于阳极的工件表面在电解液中形成氧化膜的处理过程。简称 阳极化 。喷砂光亮阳极化指经喷砂处理后再进行化学抛光和无色硫酸阳极化的表面处理工艺。光亮阳极化指化学抛光并无色硫酸阳极化的表面处理工艺。生产批指同一天在相同条件下处理的、材料和形状相似的零件的总和。局部氧化指在一个铝零件上,一部分表面是阳极氧化、另一部分表面是化学转化的表面处理工艺方法。化学转化通过化学处理使金属表面形成不溶性盐类膜的处理过程。当所形成的膜层是氧化膜时, 则称作 化学氧化 ;当形成的膜层是铬酸盐膜

7、流程、质量保证措施应在其主要的工艺文件中加以说明。生产者的工艺质量必须满足第 1 节的要求。1.2. 对生产设备及原材料的要求1.2.1 生产线1)生产方必须具备半自动、或全自动氧化生产线,不允许用手工线生产。2)每个槽位都必须有温度、时间的控制显示器,并在有效校验周期内。3)烘干设备能自动控制温度和时间。1.2.2 水质要求1)所有工艺槽的配制用水必须用去离子水或蒸馏水;2)氧化以后的清洗用水必须用去离子水或蒸馏水;其它清洗用水可用日常自来水;3)清洗槽中水流方式应采用逆流,或者定时更换。(注:去离子水或蒸馏水的水质要求达到PH=5.0-7.5 ,电导率不大于10 S/cm )1.2.3 化
8、工原材料要求1)氧化前各工艺槽所用化工原材料必须不低于相应工业级材料的国家标准要求;2)氧化及氧化后所用化工原材料必须不低于相应化学纯级材料的国家标准要求;3)氧化后的封闭剂不能使氧化膜产生颜色,要求是无色状态;4)所有化工材料的供应商必须具备良好的品质保证能力。1.2.4 质量检验手段生产方必须具有以下检测仪器:测厚仪、盐雾试验箱、比较颜色用的标准光源、粗糙度检测仪、以及常规化学分析仪器,并能进行合格的试验操作。所有检测仪器设备都必须具有有效的校验合格证。(注:盐雾试验也可委托第三方进行,但其试验机构必须得到华为公司认可并备案)1.3. 工艺鉴定程序被鉴定的工厂必须完成以下全部试验工作,这些

11、出了工艺鉴定所需的试验项目和试片数量要求:表1 试片数量试验项目试片数量(片)外观2 氧化膜厚度2 耐蚀性6 封闭质量2 局部氧化中的导电性2 注:其中一半试样为提供华为技术有限公司进行复试用。1.5. 试验方法及质量指标1.5.1. 外观1)所有试片应进行外观检查。2)氧化膜必须连续、光滑、颜色一致,无划伤、污染和腐蚀现象。3) 喷砂面的外观必须与标准样板(参见 DKBA0.400.0001)YB010 一致, 按GB10610 方法测试其粗糙度Ra 应在 1.51.8um 范围以内。4)光亮面的外观应与标准样板YB015 保持一致。5)局部氧化的表面:两种膜层的分界整齐,无溶液渗漏现象,每
12、种膜层外观均符合其对应的质量标准。1.5.2. 氧化膜厚度按ISO 2360 用涡流法在试片的非喷砂面测量氧化膜的厚度,其厚度值应为6m 以上。有疑问时,以金相方法测试结果为准。1.5.3. 耐蚀性按 IEC 60950-22 中的第 8.3节进行中性盐雾+SO2腐蚀试验(试验时间共2个周期, 24天)。试验后表面不允许出现明显白色腐蚀物。试验方法:试验包括2个周期,每个周期12天。每个周期的试验方法为连续的方法a)和方法 b):a) 在盐雾试验环境中暴露168h ,形成盐雾的盐水浓度为质量百分比5 1,实验箱温度维持在35 2;b) 由5个循环过程组成,每个过程包括8h暴露于饱和 SO2环境

14、保持生产者应保持并遵守经华为技术有限公司正式批准的工艺和检验文件。经过华为技术有限公司鉴定的工艺,在未得到华为技术有限公司的同意之前,不能改变任何可影响性能质量的工艺参数,否则将重新进行鉴定。2. 批生产产品质量检验要求2.1. 外观1)所有零件都应进行外观检查。2)喷砂表面外观应与标准样板YB010 一致;拉丝外观应与YB019 一致。当有争议时,按ISO 4288 方法测试其粗糙度Ra 应分别为:喷砂在1.4 2.0 um ; 拉丝在 1.72.7 um 。3)光亮氧化的外观应与YB015 一致。4)零件表面不允许有划伤、污染、大理石花纹、腐蚀痕迹或疏松粉末;但允许有轻微的夹具印。5)着色
15、阳极氧化区域的颜色和光泽都应均匀一致。目视检查时,每一生产批的零件之间不能有明显色差。(当按 ISO 7724-2 测量色差时,同种颜色之间的色差应控制在E 1.0 范围以内)2.1.1. 对局部氧化的零件:阳极氧化膜可以向化学转化膜区域扩展、允许扩展的深度最多2mm ; 而化学转化膜不能向阳极氧化膜区域扩展;两种膜层的分界线应清晰、整齐,不能呈锯齿状;不能有溶液渗漏现象。2.2. 氧化膜厚度按ISO 2360 用涡流法在零件的非喷砂面测量氧化膜的厚度,其厚度值应为6 m 以上。必要时,以在试片上用金相方法测试的结果为准。2.3. 封闭质量按ISO 2143 每生产批在一个样件或试片上进行检验

30、Page 8 , Total11 1 Requirements for Process Authentication 1.1 General Requirements The process authentication must be carried out for supplier according to requirements described in this chapter when competence of the supplier is being authenticated or the new products are being manufactured. Produ
31、cer shall explain the equipment used, the process flow and the quality control measures in the main process documents. Producer shall ensure that their processes, equipment and quality meet the requirements in section 1. 1.2 Requirements for Production Equipment and Materials 1.2.1 Production Line a
32、. Producer should have a semi-automatic or fully-automatic anodizing production line instead of a manual line. b. Each tank is equipped with temperature and time controllers within their effective verification periods. c. The drying equipment has automatic temperature and time control. 1.2.2 Require
33、ments for Water Quality a. Distilled or de-ionized water is used as make-up water in all tanks. b. Distilled or de-ionized water is used for rinsing after anodizing. And the tap water is used for other rinse. c. Water flows in the opposite direction of the workflow in rinse tanks or is renewed regul
34、arly. 1.2.3 Requirements for Chemical Materials a. The tanks for processes before anodizing are made of chemical materials up to national industrial material standards. b. The tanks for anodizing and later processes are made of chemical materials up to national CP material standards. c. The oxide fi
35、lm should be colorless, not dyed by the sealing compound used after anodizing. d. Chemical material vendors should provide quality assurance. 1.2.4 Quality Control Method Producer should have the following instruments and meters ready for tests: thickness meter, salt spray test box, standard light s
36、ource for color comparison, roughmeter and common chemical analyzers. All the instruments and meters are available with effective marks of conformity. Check the appearance of all test pieces. b.
44、 Oxide films must be continuous, smooth, in even color without scratches, pollutions or corrosion. c. The appearance of sandblasted surfaces should be consistent with YB010 (refer to DKBA 0.400.0001)and the roughness (Ra) tested following ISO 4288 between 1.5 m and 1.8 m. d. The appearance of polish
45、ed surfaces should be consistent with YB015. e. Locally anodized surfaces: Two kinds of films form regular borders without solution leakage. Each film meets its related appearance standard. 1.5.2 Oxide Film Thickness Follow ISO 2360 to measure the oxide film thickness on the non-sandblasted surface
46、of the test piece. The value should be above 6 m. In case of any disputes, the metallographic test result should prevail. 1.5.3 Corrosion Resistance Follow IEC 60950-22 section 8.3 to make neutral salt spray tests and SO2 test (the test time lasts 240h). The piece surfaces should not be corroded obv
47、iously with white rusty spot . The test is comprised of two identical and successive 12 day periods. Each 12 day period is comprised of test a) followed by test b): test a) 168 h of exposure to the salt spray atmosphere. The concentration of the saline solution forming the salt spray atmosphere is 5
48、 % 1 % by weight and the temperature of the test chamber is maintained at 35 C 2 C. test b) 5 exposure cycles each consisting of an 8 h exposure to a water-saturated sulphur dioxide-rich atmosphere, (see annex A), during which the temperature of the test chamber is maintained at 40 C 3 C , followed
49、by 16 h at rest with the test chamber door open. After each 12 day period, the test specimens are washed with demineralized water. 1.5.4 Sealing Quality Follow ISO 2143 to test the anodized film of the test piece. The test result should be grade 1 or higher. 1.6 Keeping of Authentication Status Prod
50、ucers shall maintain and follow the documents concerning process and inspection formally approved by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. When a process is authenticated by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., all the parameters that may affect the performance of finished parts shall be left as they are. Otherwi
