2、布的片状相来阻止位错的长程运动而产生强化,再经过时效处理析出弥散的Ni3X相补充强化。该合多金具有超高强度、良好的塑韧性和高的应力腐蚀抗力等综合性能,并且在650的高温下仍能保持其高强度的特性。该合金不仅可广泛用于航空发动机的高温紧固螺栓等零件,也可用于应力腐蚀环境下(如海洋大气环境)服役的飞机用超高强度紧固件。供应的主要品种是冷拉棒材。1.1 GH159材料牌号 GH159。1.2 GH159相近牌号1.3 GH159材料的技术标准Q/6S992-1992高温紧固件用GH159合金冷拉棒材(北京航空材料研究所)C3S284-1993高温紧固件GH159合金冷拉棒材协上五高28-1993高温紧

5、6002570025800/10-6-132。2.3 GH159电性能 合金的电阻率见表2-3。 表2-31/2510025200253002540025500256002570025800/10-6-12.4 GH159磁性能 合金在252。2.5 GH159化学性能 2.5.1 GH159耐腐蚀性能 该合金具有极好的抗缝隙腐蚀和应力腐蚀开裂的能力。在典型的氯化铁实验中未发现缝隙腐蚀和点蚀。在擦盐试验中未发生损坏。交替浸渍证明该合金具有良好的抗氢脆和应力腐蚀开裂的能力。四、GH159组织结构4.1GH159相变温度+两相区温度范围为540700,540以下的相为亚稳态。4.2GH159时间-
6、温度-组织转变曲线4.3GH159合金组织结构合金在上临界温度(约700)以上为稳定的面心立方相,在下临界温度以下(约540)为稳定的密排六方相;两温度之间为+的两相区。当合金从上临界温度冷却到室温时可保持亚稳定态的相。当在室温下进行冷变形时可诱发相到相的马氏体型转变。因此,合金经固溶处理后全部为亚稳定的相,在冷变形过程中部分相发生马氏体相变转变为稳定的相。所生成的相为薄片状,在面心立方的相晶粒内呈交叉网状分布。在随后的时效过程中又在亚稳定的相中析出Ni3X相47。上海商虎有色金属有限公司生产范围.Nickel 200 UNS N02200Nickel 201 UNS N02201ASTM B
