16、季节性施工技术措施本工程施工工期拟定为450 天,施工中将经历雨季和高温季节及冬季施工,为保证施工正常进行 ,特制定季节性施工技术措施如下：一、雨季施工措施成都气候暑期多雨，降雨多集中在八、九月，形成明显雨季，针对此气候特点，合理制定雨季施工技术措施以确保施工生产顺利进行，确保工程质量， 同时对现场工地宿舍、食堂、库房、办公室、机具棚等全面检查和维修，做好防淋防漏工作重点抓好以下工作: （一）做好现场排水系统， 将地面及场院内雨水及时排入指定排放处。在塔吊基础四周，道路两侧及建筑物四周设排水沟，保证水流通畅，雨后场地不陷、不滑、不存水。管道入口，窗洞，楼梯口等处设挡水设施。（二）所有机械棚搭设
17、严密,防止漏雨 ,机电设备采取防雨，防淹措施，安装接地装置。接地保护装置灵敏有效，各种电线防浸水漏电。（三）在暴风雨季节，大风，雨后上班前，专业质安员对班组进行安全交底并班组检查脚手架连结是否牢靠。（四）雨季施工中，在工程质量上注意如下事项：1、砌体不得过湿，防止发生墙体滑移，加强对已完砌体垂直度和标高的复核工作。2、浇筑框架砼时，先了解 23 日内的天气情况，避开大雨浇砼遇雨时，立即搭设防雨棚，用防水材料覆盖已浇好的砼。3、遇大雨停止外装修，砌体工程施工，作好成品防雨覆盖措施，雨后及时修补受损的已完成品及半成品。4、对砂，石含水量及时测量，并及时调整现场砂浆配合比。5、加强对原材料的覆盖防潮

35、。（二）做好用电管理。夏季是用电高峰期，定期对电气设备进行全面检查，保养，禁止乱拉电线，特别是职工宿舍用电线应经常检查，加强用电知识教育。（三）加强对易燃易爆等危险品的贮存，运输和使用的管理， 在露天堆放的危险品采取遮阳降温措施。 严禁烈日曝晒， 避免发生泄露、自动火灾、 爆炸事故。（四） 高温期间合理安排生产班次和劳动作息时间间隔，对在特殊环境下（如露天、封闭等环境）施工的人员，采取遮阳、通风等措施或调整工作时间，早晚工作，中午休息，防止职工中暑、窒息、中毒和其它事故发生，炎热时期派医务人员深入工地进行巡回防治观察。一旦发生中毒、窒息、中暑等事故，立即进行紧急抢救或送医院急诊抢救。（五）夏季
