1、1 使用 Dig Repeater监控总线说明书硬件:Dig Reapeater 6ES7 972-0AB1-0XA0 软件:FB125 、DB125 在 PLC 中分别打开 OB1,OB82 和 OB86,在其中调用 FB125 和 DB125 ,输入程序,例子程序如下:使用说明:在PLC程序中有一个“DP监控状态位” 的变量表,打开并在线监控可以看到其中DB125中的参数的数值,这些变量代表着总线中从站的状态。名师资料总结 - - -精品资料欢迎下载 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 名师精心整理 - - - - - - - 第 1 页,共 24 页
2、- - - - - - - - - 2 每个为代表的含义可看: DB125 的功能 部分FB125 参数说明:- 以下参数从 1-8均为输入量- 1. DP_MASTERSYSTEM (INT) 表示配置的 DP主站系统的个数,在本例中为1。2EXTERNAL_DP_INTERFACE(BOOL)=0,CPU主站的集成 DP接口;=1,外部接口,如 CP/IM。3. MANUAL_MODE (BOOL) =0,自动模式,此模式下不支持单个从站的诊断;=1,手动模式,可以进行单个从站的诊断。4. SINGLE_STEP_SLAVE (BOOL) 转到下一个出错的 DP从站。5. SINGLE_S

SINGLE_DIAG (BOOL) 只在手动模式下( MANUAL_MODE=1 )有效。=1,读DP从站的诊断。可在 SINGLE_DIAG_ADR 配置该从站的站号。8. SINGLE_DIAG_ADR (BYTE) 只在手动模式下( MA
4、NUAL_MODE=1 )有效。与SINGLE_DIAG 配合使用,在其中设置单独诊断的从站的站号。- 以下参数 9-25均为输出量。- 9ALL_DP_SLAVES_OK (BOOL) =0,系统中从站存在故障;=1,系统中从站运行正常。10SUM_SLAVES_DIAG (BYTE) 出错的 DP从站的数目。11. SLAVE_ADR (BYTE) 出错的 DP从站的站号。12.
