1、酒店管理手册第29 节 机械间29-1.00 GENERAL29-1.00 总则29-1.01 Air supply ventilation供气通风There shall be provision for a supply of air for combustion, for combustion products dilution where relevant, and for ventilation of the boiler house.应提供为燃烧提供空气、在相关场合稀释燃烧产物以及为锅炉房通风的设备。The air supplies for boiler house ventilat
2、ion shall be such that the maximum temperatures within the boiler house shall be as follows:锅炉房的供气通风应使得锅炉房中的最高温度如下：* At floor level (or 100 mm above floor level): 25C* 在地面层（或者高于地面100 毫米处）：25C* At mid-level (1.5 m above floor level): 32C* 在中层（高于地面1.5 米处）：32C* At ceiling level (or 100 mm below ceiling

4、gh-level openings, the motive force being provided by thermal effects. 应通过一个或者多个大小合适的低层开口来供应空气，并通过一个或者多个较小的高层开口来排放空气，通过热效应提供动力。In the case of balanced compartment installation, air shall be supplied and discharged by means of a purpose-designed (or proprietary) flueing/ventilation system based solel

6、。Air shall be supplied by a fan to a low-level opening and discharged by means of a second fan at high-level opening. The fans shall be selected so as not to cause a negative pressure (relative to the outside atmosphere) developing in the boiler house.由一个通往低层开口的风机供应空气，并通过一个位于高层开口的另一个风机排放空气。所选风机应确保锅炉

9、h and as low, respectively, as is reasonably practicable.高层和低层开口应分别位于合理可行的高低位置。29-1.02 Natural ventilation自然通风Here where a natural ventilation system is used, there shall be provision for either:如使用自然通风系统，应为以下情况作出规定：Permanent low and high level opening communicating directly with the outside air; or
10、 in the case of a balanced compartment installation, a purposedesigned (proprietary) flueing and ventilation system based solely on high level permanent openings situated immediately adjacent to the flue outlet.固定低层和高层开口与外界空气直接相通，或者，如果采用平衡室装置，则通过一个专门设计（或者专用）的排烟 / 通风系统来供应和排放空气，该系统仅用于与烟道出口紧邻的高层固定开口。Th
11、e openings shall be fitted with grilles of negligible resistances and shall be sited so that they cannot be easily blocked or flooded. Where both low and high level openings are used, the grilled shall have a total minimum free area as follows:开口应配有可忽视风阻的格栅，并且所在位置使其不会轻易阻塞或者进水。在同时使用高低层开口时，格栅的通风面积至少如下

13、designed to minimize high velocity airstreams in the boiler house. For exposed, i.e. free standing, boiler houses where low and high level ventilation openings are provided, the openings shall be on at least two sides. For natural draught boilers installed in basement, underground or similarly sited
14、 boiler houses where:通风格栅的设计应尽量减少锅炉房中出现高速气流。对于暴露（即独立式）锅炉房，提供了低层和高层通风口，此时至少应在两侧设开口。对于安装在地下室、地下或者类似位置锅炉房中的自然通风锅炉：Communication with the outside air is possible only by means of high level openings; and it is not intended or possible to use a purpose designed ventilation system, as described above, the
15、 inlet air shall be conducted to low level by means of ducting of cross-sectional area not less than the total free area of this inlet air opening. High and low level ventilation shall not be provided by means of single duct.如果外界空气只能通过高层开口提供，并且不打算或者不可能按照上述方式使用专门设计的通风系统，此时应通过面积不小于此入口空气开口的总通风面积的横截面管道来

The balanced compartment is a method of installing an appliance, or appliances, in a closed compartment and arranging the flueing and ventilation so that some of the advantages of a balanced-flue effec
17、t are achieved.对于需要将一台或者多台锅炉将安装在一个平衡室中的情况。平衡室是一种在封闭隔间中安装一台或者多台设备的方法，并可安排排烟和通风，由此实现平衡烟道效应所带来的一些优势。29-1.03 Mechanical Ventilation机械通风Minimum quantity of air required for combustion and boiler house ventilation shall be supplied at a minimum flow rate in accordance with table below by means of a fan.应根
18、据以下表格使风机以最低气流速度来供应燃烧和锅炉房通风所需的最低空气量。Where the associated air extraction is also be means of a fan, the minimum flow rates of air supplies and extracted shall be in accordance with table below. Any fan installed for extraction purposes shall not cause a negative pressure (relative to the outside atmos
19、phere) to develop in the boiler house.只要关系到空气抽取，就意味着需要风机，应根据以下表格来提供最低气流速度的空气供应和空气抽取。为抽取目的而安装的任何风机不得导致锅炉房中出现负压（相对于外界大气）。The inlet fan capacity shall be such as to provide the minimum air flow specified for combustion and ventilation. The extraction fan capacity shall provide the minimum ventilation r
20、ate specified.入口风机风量应可达到为燃烧和通风指定的最小气流。抽气风机风量应可达到指定的最小通风速率。Where the associated ventilation discharge is provided my means of simple openings relying on thermal effects, the minimum free areas of the openings and any associated grille shall be as specified for natural ventilation. Such openings shall

Drain cover to be brass.在机械间提供一个地漏。地漏盖应为黄铜材质。29-7.00 ELECTRICAL电气29-7.01 A minimum of thirty (30) foot candles (322 lux) of general lighting is required.总照度至少应为三十(30)英尺烛光（322 勒克斯）。29-7.02 Emergency lighting must be provided.必须提供应急照明。29-7.03 Provide a minimum of one duplex 110-convenience receptacle on each wall with spacing not to exceed 20 feet (6m) on center.在每面墙上提供至少一个110 伏双联框插座，且插座之间的中心距不超过6米。酒店管理之家
