1、年 终 总 结转眼间 2012 年即将过去， 我来到意中公司已经有了一年多的时间，其间在公司领导及各位同事的帮助与支持下，我严格要求自己，努力按照公司的要求提高工作水平，较好地完成了自己的本职工作。回顾过去的一年，自己取得了很大的进步，获得了很多的经验教训，在工作上也取得了一定的成果，同时自己还存在有诸多的不足。现将这一年的工作总结如下：一工作总结从正式工作到现在的这段时间里：我独立完成了多个项目的技术文档初审、整改以及终审并协助完成整个认证项目；独立完成了一些认证规范和标准的翻译；协助 bob 和 tracy 完成其他工作任务；目前自己正在熟悉CPD、LD 、PED 等指令。二工作心得1、在
2、这一年的CE 认证工作中，很多项目是和同事一起完成的，在这个过程中我强化了最珍贵也是最重要的团队意识。大家在工作中互相提醒和相互补充，大大提高了工作效率，让我意识到了所有的工作中沟通是最重要的，一定要把信息处理的及时、有效和清晰。2、工作中的每一步都要精准细致，力求精细化。在TCF 的审核工作中，应严格按照指令中的要求对技术文件逐一地、细致地进行审核，确保整改项中的每一项有据可依，并在审核过程中作好相关记录，避免重复工作；在规范和标准的翻译工作中，应当充分利用身边的资源并查阅相关资料，尽量使用专业词汇，确保每一个单词、每一个句子的正确性以及与原文的一致性。3、在一年的工作中， 我学到了很多技术
3、上和业务上的知识，与身边同事的合作也变得更加默契，并从他们身上学到了很多知识技能和为人处事的方法；经过实际的经验教训，我深刻体会到了在工作中出现问题自己要勇于担当，及时与领导和同事进行沟通并采取相应的措施。三、存在的问题经过一年的工作学习，我发现了自己离一个职业化人才还有一定的差距，主要体现在工作技能、工作习惯和工作思维的不成熟，这也是我以后要在工作中需要不断磨练和提高的地方。仔细总结一下，自己在这一年的工作中主要有以下方面做得不够好：1、工作的条理性不够清晰在手头上项目比较多的情况下，自己不能够十分合理的对每个项目进行规划，有时会造成一些不必要的重复工作，目前我已经总结出了一套比较适合自己的
4、工作方法，但其仍然还有很大的优化空间。2、缺乏工作经验精选学习资料 - - - - - - - - - 名师归纳总结 - - - - - - -第 1 页，共 6 页由于缺乏工作经验，自己对某些产品以及其测试过程不了解，从而对某些指令或标准中的部分内容理解会有偏差，从而导致一些工作上的失误。同时在翻译工作中，自己对一些专用词汇、语句不能够熟练地应用。3、缺乏沟通技巧同事之间需要通过交流沟通，才能够加强彼此之间相互了解、相互配合，从而能够更好地完成各自的工作。因此，怎么和本部门人员进行沟通，怎么和其他部门进行沟通，是我以后需要重点学习的地方。四、工作计划目前在 CE 认证方面，公司正在开拓CPD
5、 认证的市场，自己应抓紧时间熟悉并掌握CPD、LD、PED 等指令。在今后应勤勤恳恳，踏踏实实地做好每一项工作，处理好每一个细节，努力提高自己的专业技能和执行力，使自己尽快地进步和成长起来。其中，以下几点是我明年重点要提高的地方：1、要提高工作的主动性，合理安排自己的工作任务，不断改善工作方法；2、把握一切机会提高工作能力，并加强平时知识和工作的总结；3、不断积累工作经验，加强与领导和同事之间的沟通。通过这一年多的工作，我对认证行业和自己的职责都有了一定的认识，在以后的工作中，我希望能够得到更多的锻炼机会，同时自己也会更加勤奋更加努力，认认真真地做好自己的本职工作，并不断地去扩展自己的业务知识

Lack of organization in work When facing many assignments, I can not plan each of them well and it may lead to unnecessary reworking.
