2、ifornia Proposition 65 requirements. 2.Scope Incoming inspection for electronic, hardware and plastic products and so on. 3.ROHS material identification 3.1 All ROHS materials must be labeled by the supplier on each case. If no ROHS materials are labeled, IQC shall notify the Purchasing Department t
3、o penalize supplier. 4.Application process 4.1 IQC is responsible for completing the test application form before applying for ROHS & California Proposition 65 test. 4.2 Specify the name, model, material and supplier in the test application form. 4.3 After completing the test application form, the h
4、ead of the department can sign it to the laboratory to do XRF testing. 5. IQC ROHS & California Proposition 65 test sampling plan 5.1 Every PO of incoming materials must be sampled for XRF testing check. 6.Test 6.1 IQC needs to establish a general table to register the number of incoming materials a
5、nd the corresponding sampling plan according to PO situation (as above), including test requirements (the contact part requires Pb90 PPM, non-contact part requires Pb1000 PPM); 6.2 The laboratory testers numbered the received test samples, registered them, and test them as required. 7. Processing of
6、 test results 7.1 Laboratory testers record the test results in the test report and send the report to the application department. 7.2 If the material does not meet the requirements of ROHS & California Proposition 65, the following below shall be implemented ：a) IQC notifications the warehouse, which will be returned to the supplier by the warehouse & Purchasing Departments. b) If necessary, re-evaluate the qualification of suppliers.
