1、商品混凝土质量控制方案1商品混凝土质量控制方案 编制： 审核： 审定: 新建和谐型大功率机车检修基地商品混凝土质量控制方案 一、工程概况 新建和谐型大功率机车检修基地工程总占地252831?，基地平面呈矩形布置,其中：东西向总长约874m，南北向总长约293m。. 检修基地工程包括路基工程、轨道工程、涵洞工程、房屋建筑及其附属工程、室外给排水工程、站场工程、电力工程、通信工程、信号工程、信息工程、机务等共计十一个专业工程。 本工程房屋建筑专业共有25个单体工程，房屋结构主要为排架结构、框架结构、砖混结构三种类型，总建筑面积为67745。09m2(最大的组合检修库建筑面积为38147。18m2）
2、，其中生产房屋建筑面积合计61151。47m2，生活房屋建筑面积合计6593.62m2. 本工程轨道工程由有碴线路与无碴线路两部分组成。其机车出入段线由新建哈尔滨北站接轨，经过单线有碴线路后通过道岔分别引入检修基地2年检库与存车区内，然后存车区内存车线反向出岔与准备库、洗车兼吹扫库内无碴线路接轨。 二、施工依据 1。铁道部第三勘察设计院集团有限公司； 普通混凝土力学性能试验方法（GB/T50081-2002）; 铁路混凝土强度检验评定标准（TB10425-1994） 2。混凝土生产供应厂家应针对本工程建立质量管理方针、工程质量目标、生产供应方案、质量控制方案等报施工项目部。 3。混凝土生产供应
3、厂家应针对本工程建立组织管理机构。哈尔滨大功率机车检修基地项目部对混凝土生产供应厂家质量进行监管,保证工程质量。混凝土生产供应厂家应配备专业齐全、业务能力强的人员组成，并绘制成框图，明确相关人员的职责和权限并报施工项目部. 4 原材料质量要求 4.1水泥 C50采用兰根PO42。5水泥，必须满足GB17599要求及相关行业标准要求； 商品混凝土厂对于哈尔滨大功率机车检修基地所使用的水泥专库存放； 水泥厂提供与工程所用材料同批次的水泥质量检测报告。商品混凝土厂按规定要求进行抽样复验,保证用于本工程的水泥材料合格，并建立相应的台帐. 4。2粗集料 满足GB/T14685-2001技术要求. 最大粒
4、径严格控制为35mm,满足531.5mm连续级配要求； 粒形良好,含泥量不大于1.0，针片状颗粒含量不大于5 %; 母岩抗压强度不低于100Mpa，压碎值不大于20%； 混凝土搅拌站应保证使用的集料并不具有碱活性并提供集料碱活性检测报告。当集料供应料场变化时应重新进行碱活性检测。 并建立相应的进场、验收、试验等台帐。 4.3细集料 满足GB/T146842001及哈尔滨市混凝土机制砂质量标准的技术要求. 特细砂细度模数不低于1.2，含泥量不大于2.0%;机制砂细度模数不低于3.5;含粉量不大于5.0%;机制砂母岩强度不低于80Mpa，压碎值不大于25；混合砂级配符合中砂要求,细度模数不小于2.
5、6; 混凝土搅拌站应保证使用的细集料不具有碱活性并提供集料碱活性检测报告.当集料供应料场变化时应重新进行碱活性检测。并建立相应的进场、验收、试验台帐。 4。4矿粉: 按GB/T18046-2000达到S95质量要求； 厂家应提供与工程所用材料同批次的磨细矿渣物成份分析报告及质量检测报告。并建立相应的台帐。 4。5泵送剂 满足JC4732001规定要求； 与工程用水泥具有良好的适应性; 泵送剂减水率大于25,塌落度增加值大于150mm，经时性满足混凝土搅拌、运输要求； 引气量小于4。5,碱含量小于8。0，缓凝时间满足不同季节的缓凝要求。 外加剂厂应提供与工程所用材料同批次的检测报告并根据工程施工
6、需要参与相关调试工作； 对于每批次进场的外加剂,须作凝结时间等相溶性试验的测定，作好标识等准备工作.并建立相应的台帐。 4.6拌和用水 必须符合相关混凝土用水规范要求. 4。7 采购、运输、储存、标识、使用、抽检等要求 材料进场后堆放在专用仓库，库内保持干燥,设制材料标识，并按规范要求的批量、取样方法等进行抽样检测。所用原材料必须有出厂合格证或试验报告，并必须满足的性能指标.合格后方能使用。严格执行由设计单位出具的水泥混凝土配合比报告，确保混凝土质量。每次浇筑前所用各种原材料的质保证明或抽检报告资料必须提前送至施工项目部核查，认可后方可入场。 5.搅拌、计量、运输、泵送设备要求 搅拌、计量、运
7、输、泵送等设备的数量及规格型号等必须满足混凝土浇筑要求，并有足够数量的设备作为备用.计量设备必须按要求在规定时间内送有权单位进行计量检校，经大修、中修或迁移至新的地点后,也应进行检定，并予以标识。各种设备应在混凝土浇筑前进行检查，符合要求后方允许开机作业，以确保混凝土正常供应。并建立相应的台帐. 6。 搅拌要求 每一工作班正式称量前，应对计量设备进行重点校核，进料搅拌时，搅拌的容量应符合搅拌设备的技术要求，设备搅拌的时间必须符合规范要求,掺外加剂、外掺剂、杜拉纤维等应按规范要求延长搅拌时间以满足混凝土的和易性、粘聚性等各项性能。要求混凝土拌和物均匀，颜色一致,不得有离析和泌水现象。进料的顺序应
8、保证混凝土的质量。 7. 运输要求 混凝土的运输能力应满足混凝土凝结时间和浇注速度的需要，使浇注工作不间断并使混凝土运到浇注地点时仍保持均匀性和规定的塌落度，每车运输时间不超过60分钟。 混凝土运至浇注地点后发生离析、严重泌水或塌落度不符合要求,混凝土厂家应按退货或规范规定处理,如仍不符合要求,则不得使用。 在混凝土运输时,必须考虑各种情况，在施工要求的时间内到达现场。混凝土运输车的数量、规格应满足混凝土浇筑的要求. 8。 现场验收 在混凝土运输车到达现场后，应先核对混凝土出厂通知单进行核对，核对内容包括工程名称、部位、强度等级、塌落度、原材料的检验合格情况等，在核对无误后,由厂方试验人员与施
9、工方试验人员及在监理旁站的情况下对每车混凝土进行和易性、塌落度等检测,符合要求后，方可使用.如混凝土不能满足相关要求时，应将该混凝土退回厂方处理。 混凝土拌和物质量要求：混凝土拌和物运至现场塌落度控制在180220mm，扩展度控制在450550mm，2h塌落度保留值，150mm。 9.混凝土取样，试件制作、养护和试验 39.1混凝土试样在混凝土浇注地点随机抽取,取样频率应满足:每100M。但不3超过100m的同配合比的混凝土,取样次数不得少于一次；每工作班拌制的同配合比3的混凝土不足100 M时其取样次数不得少于一次。 9。2检验评定混凝土强度用的试件，应按国家标准进行成型、标准养护和试验.并
10、建立相应的台帐。 10.混凝土质量评定（最终验收质量评定） 混凝土厂商应对每次浇注的混凝土提供原材料质量证明和抽样检验试验报告资料，以保证原材料质量合格.混凝土浇注完毕后,厂商必须提供商品混凝土质量合格证明，在合格证明书上须有原材料情况和检验报告编号，混凝土R28抗压强度值及其试验报告编号。混凝土的质量评定，按混凝土质量评定标准（GB107-87）要求执行,并提供质量评定资料.并建立相应的台帐。 11混凝土档案资料管理 混凝土厂家应设专人进行档案资料收集、归档.作为最终验收，则以现场取样混凝土尺寸抗压强度作为验收评定合格或不合格，做为最终支付的依据。 相关资料收集范围如下: 混凝土工程技术资料
