15、。9。预评审供应商提交的PPAP文件，指出其不足并监督其改进，之后转交质量经理审核并批准。10。设定适当的质量目标，收集相关数据，将实绩与目标做对比。未达标时与供应商共同制定改进方案并确保其实施。要求：1.工程或技术等相关专业本科学历。2。5年以上质量或持续改进领域的工作经验（有汽车行业经验者优先）。3.具有ISO9001和TS16949质量体系知识。 4。熟悉精益6西格玛方法和工具.5.具有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力.Responsibilities：1Perform Supplier Quality System audits on potential and existing supp
16、liers and coordinate the assessment and/or corrective action plans with the Global Sourcing organization, push for the suppliers performance of both product and quality system.2Early and at least timely communicate with supplier about Murphys quality requirements sufficiently, to ensure the incoming
17、 parts be conformance with the requirements。3Lead to deal with the nonconforming, avoid the reoccurrence of the quality issue, to reduce the negative impact to production.4Develop， implement and maintain metrics that track trends in supplier quality performance and taking relevant corrective actions
18、.5Positively be a member of localization。6To provide the objective and accurate date for periodical supplier evaluation.7Participate the quality improvement activities within the plant.8Support and maintain the quality management system; deal with the daily job of DCC.9Pre evaluate the PPAP document
19、s submitted by supplier, indicate its shortage and monitor its improvement, then deliver it to quality manager for reviewing and approving。10Set appropriate quality goals； collect related data; compare performance with goals。 If not meet, make the improvement plans with other related departments col
