1、 小学,校车安全责任书篇一：校车安全责任书 新湖中心小学校车安全管理 目标责任书 为了进一步贯彻落实公安部、教育部关于进一步加强中小学校交通安全工作的通知及区委区政府、区教育局的相关文件精神，加强校车管理，明确做好校车安全管理工作责任，确保学生的人身安全，特制定以下安全目标责任： 1、校车驾驶员必须严格遵守交通法规，严禁酒后驾车，严禁闯灯越线，严禁超载、超速行驶，杜绝事故隐患和违规行为，确保行车安全。 2、不准用无牌无证、不符合安全技术标准的车辆接送学生。 3、司机必须是驾龄3年以上，三年内任一记分周期累计分满12分或者发生过交通死亡事故，并负有责任的驾驶人不得驾驶校车接送学生。 4、接送学生
2、车辆必须保证车况良好，必须做好车辆的维护保养，并做好保养维修记录，出车前必须检查车辆，尤其要认真检查刹车、车灯等车辆的安全性能，严禁车辆在不安全的情况下行驶。 5、接送学生车辆应按核定数量乘坐，严禁超载，严防事故的发生。 6、负责接送学生的车辆驾驶员要准时按送学生，要有乘务员随车负责，并认真记录好乘车学生的名单，不准出现漏接学生的现象发生。 7、负责按送学生的车辆要安全、及时的将乘车的学生送到目的地。 8、对因松懈，不落实责任而造成事故的由交管部门依法追究责任。 9、本责任书有效期：2014年2月15日2014年7月5日。 此目标责任书一式两份，学校、校车车主各持一份。 学校： 校车车主： 2
3、014年2月15日篇二：校车安全管理责任书 校车安全管理责任书 为切实加强校车安全管理制度，预防和杜绝安全事故，保障学生乘车安全，创办促进人民幸福的教育，根据国务院校车安全管理条例和诸城市人民政府办公室关于印发<诸城市接送学生车辆配备管理实施方案>的通知（诸政办发201253号要求，结合学校实际，特与车辆所有人签订本责任书。 一、校车界定 本责任书所指的校车是由集体或个人等社会资金购买的符合国家安全标准并专门用于接送义务教育阶段学生的车辆，在公安机关交通管理部门办理注册登记，经教育局审查备案。车辆所有人是独立的民事主体，对校车安全运营管理负全部法律责任。 二、车辆所有人职责 （一）
4、校车安全技术达标，手续完备。 1、车辆符合校车安全标准，取得机动车检验合格证明，在公安机关交通管理部门办理注册登记。 2、必须投保机动车强制责任保险、校车安全责任保险。 3、校车应当每半年进行一次机动车安全技术检验。 4、校车应当配备逃生锤、干粉灭火器、急救箱等安全设备。安全设备应当放置在便于取用的位置，并确保性能良好、有效适用。 5、按规定做好校车的安全维护，建立安全维护档案，保证校车处于良好技术状态。不符合安全技术条件的校车，应当停运维修，消除安全隐患。 （二）严格遵守有关规定，确保校车通行安全。 1、驾驶员必须为取得校车驾驶资格驾驶的人；思想素质好，安全意识强，积极参加有关部门组织的安全
5、教育及业务培训，提高专业技能。 2、校车驾驶人应当每年接受公安机关交通管理部门的审验。 3、校车驾驶人应当遵守道路交通安全法律法规，严格按照机动车道路通行规则和驾驶操作规范安全驾驶、文明驾驶。 4、校车驾驶人驾驶校车上道行驶前，应当对校车的制动、转向、外部照明、轮胎、安全门、座椅、安全带等车况是否符合安全技术进行检查，不得驾驶存在安全隐患的校车上道路行驶。 5、校车驾驶人不得在校车载有学生时给车辆加油，不得在校车发动机引擎熄灭前离开驾驶座位。 6、载有学生的校车在一般道路上行驶的最高时速不得超过60公里；在急弯、陡坡、窄路、窄桥以及冰雪、泥泞的道路上行驶，或者遇有雾、雨、雪、沙尘、冰雹等低能见
6、度气象条件时，最高时速不得超过20公里。7、校车载人不得超过核定的人数，不得以任何理由超员。 8、严禁校车驾驶人酒后驾驶校车。 9、严格按规定路线行驶，严禁随意变更行车路线。 10、校车的副驾驶座位不得安排学生乘坐；校车运载学生过程中，禁止除驾驶人、随车照管人员以外的人员乘坐。 11、校车上下学生，应当在校车停靠站点停靠，未设停靠站点的路段可以在公共交通站台停靠。校车在道路上停车上下学生，应当靠道路右侧停靠，开启危险报警闪光灯，打开停车指示标志。 （三）落实随车照管人员，保证学生乘车安全 车辆所有人应安排照管人员随校车全程照管乘车学生。随车照管人员职责： 1、学生上下车时，在车下引导、指挥，维
7、护上下车秩序。 2、发现驾驶人无驾驶资格，饮酒、醉酒后驾驶，或者身体严重不适以及校车超员等明显妨碍行车安全情形的，制止校车开行。 3、清点乘车学生人数，帮助、指导学生安全落座、系好安全带，确认车门关闭后示意驾驶人启动校车。 4、制止学生在校车行驶过程中离开座位等危险行为。 5、核实学生下车人数，确认乘车学生已经全部离车后本人方可离车。 6、积极参加学校和有关部门组织的培训学习。 （四）及时妥善处理突发交通事故。 校车发生交通事故，驾驶人、随车照管人员应当立即报警，设置警示标志。乘车学生继续留在校车内有危险的，随照管人员应当将学生撤离到安全区域，并及时与学校、车辆所有人、学生的监护人联系处理后续
8、事宜。 其它未尽事宜校车安全管理条例及上级有关规定执行。 本责任书一式四份，校车服务学校、车辆所有人各执一份，中心学校、市教育局各备案一份。违反上述规定的，对车辆所有人和驾驶员按有关规定处理，造成安全事故的，车辆所有人承担全部责任。 服务学校： 校车车牌号码： 校长签字： 车辆所有人签字： 二一三年 月 日篇三：学校与校车驾驶员安全责任书 XX学校与校车驾驶员 安 全 责 任 书 一、学校主要职责 1.学校为每一位驾驶人提供一台运营手续完备的接送学生车辆，专人专车，主要用于接送学生上下学。 2.学校为每辆车配备必须的卫生、维修等工具，车辆加油、维修事项由学校协同教育局校车管理办公室统一办理。
9、3.学校为每辆车配备二名随车照管人员，协助驾驶人完成学生上下学接送任务。 4.学校按月对驾驶人进行常规考核，并根据考核情况协同教育局校车管理办公室发放基本工资和考核工资。 二、 接送学生车辆驾驶员主要责任 1.驾驶人要符合校车驾驶要求，确保所提供的各种证件真实有效。 2.驾驶人要积极参加业务学习和安全培训，严格遵守学校的相关制度,自觉遵守交通规则，服从交通管理人员指挥，做到文明行车、安全礼让、无违章、无事故。 3.热爱本职工作，服从调派，遵守纪律，不擅离职守。 4.爱护车辆，坚持定期检查制度，不开带病车，确保行车安全。 5.按规定做好车辆的保养，保持车容整洁，车况良好。 6.认真、准确填写接送
10、学生车辆相关记录。 7.在驾驶过程中要做到礼让三先，谨慎驾驶，避免开违章车、赌气车、疲劳车、英雄车。 8.严禁工作时间饮酒；严禁酒后驾车；不经学校批准不得将车交给其他人员驾驶。 9.熟悉必要的安全救护知识，会使用必要的车载消防及急救器材，遇事沉着冷静，并在第一时间给学校分管领导报告。 三、责任追究 1.违反上述规定、有失责行为，由领导班子会议研究给予适当处理。 2.驾驶人必须按时参加学校和局校车管理办公室组织的安全培训，并落实到位，不参加会议的扣20元/次。 3.驾驶人应按照指定路线和接送点接送学生，不得擅自改变路线和接送点，驾驶人应安全送返指定接送点，学生不得漏送漏接、不得没到接送点提前让学
