Ask the guest what type of room they request ( SS DS- GD SUITE )询问客人需要什么类型的房间2. Explain th

Once the guest accepted the offer, please apply the rates on the attached chart for up selling, This chart shows you the guideline for minimum difference of up selling.一旦客人接受,在升级销售表中记录4. Please fill up alteration form in front of the guest and
4、 get the guest signature in order to avoid any misunderstanding.当客人面填写房价变更通知单,避免不必要的误会。5. All the alteration forms will be given to Front Office Manager for double check from the HIS system.前厅部经理通过系统核查原始预定6. The difference between the original room rate and up sold room rate will be the basis of 10% incentive fee for the Guest Service Agent who made the up selling. 升级销售的员工有房价差异的10%提成奖励7. All the incentives will be paid by accounting department at the end of the month.所有的奖励在月底由财务部发放
