2、ation information will be maintained and kept up to date on a daily basis to reflect accurately the current and future status of the hotel at all times. Reservation agents will prepare all the necessary reports as required by management.Procedure1. Reservation agents should be familiar with the repo

3、rt function of the Property Management System (PMS, e.g. OPERA, Fidelio). 2. As requested, Reservation agents on the morning shift will provide hotel and room reports to hotel management, Revenue Manager and the Reservation department. 3. Before printing any report, confirm with the manager what information is required and in which format it should be presented. Ask questions to clarify. - For Example: Should the VIP arrival report for next week be organized by day of arrival or by alphabetical order? Supporting Documents NIL
