The Concierge or Assistant Concierge should verify the exact number of luggage, name of group, the expected return date with the tour leader.2. The lugga
4、ge tag should be issued to every piece of luggage, every luggage tag have group name / Room Number (if possible) / Guest Name (if possible)/ Seq. No (e.g. “2/20).3. The concierge should issue one General Baggage Storage Tag to Tour Leader with the following details: Tour Leader Name Group Name Total
5、 piece of baggage Date of claim Tour leaders room number 4. Concierge should ask the tour leader complete the Baggage Storage Record as follows : No. of pieces of baggage Type of baggage Content Remarks Date of storage Date of claim Luggage Claim Tag Number ( From To ) Guests signature5. 6、ge should write down Tour leader ID Number or Passport Number on the sheet.6. At the beginning of each shift. Two shifts should conduct hand-over. The shift leader should conduct the storeroom inventory and sign on the logbook for acknowledgement.7 Upon guests collection of the luggage, the concierg
7、e should collect the Group Storage Tag from the Tour Leader and verify the receipt number on the Tour leader copy against the 1st portion. And check the total number of baggage for group and release the baggage from the store room and double check all Luggage tag to see whether it is correct group number. 8.
