2、ers are fully responsible for keeping all vehicles in good condition.The hotel locates one contractual garage nearby for all Vehicles Maintenance and turn up checking in long term on monthly payment. PROCEDUREFOR THE VEHICLE MAINTENANCE1. The Vehicle Maintenance Request Form needs to be completed, s
3、ubmit to the Guest Services Manager and EAM for approval.2. Concierge or delegated driver gives one copy of the Vehicles Maintenance Request Form to the contractual garage when the vehicle needs to be repaired.3. The another copy of Maintenance Request Form will be kept by Concierge for the monthly
4、Maintenance Summary Report.4. After vehicle returning from the contractual garage, the Concierge to double check the condition of the vehicles and give feedback to Guest Services Manager.FOR THE VEHICLES PERIODIC MAINTENANCE1. Concierge will advise the Guest Services Manager which vehicle needs peri
5、odic maintenance in advance.2. The Vehicle Maintenance Request Form needs to be completed with clear statement and submit to the Guest Services Manager and EAM for approval.3. Concierge or delegated driver gives one copy of the Vehicles Maintenance Request Form to the contractual garage when our Veh
6、icles Periodic Maintenance needs to be performed.4. The another copy of the Vehicles Maintenance Request Form will be kept by the Concierge for the Monthly Maintenance Summary Report.5. After returning from the contractual garage, Concierge should double check the vehicles condition and give feedbac
7、k to the Guest Services Manager.FOR ACCIDENT/ REPAIR 1. Transportation Accident / Injury Report needs to be completed by the driver who has accident.2. Concierge will check the condition of accident and fill in the Maintenance Request Form with clear explanation and submit to Guest Services Manager
8、and EAM for approval. 3. The Concierge or designated driver gives one copy of Maintenance Request Form to the contractual garage for vehicle repair.4. Another copy will be kept by the Concierge for summary on the monthly Maintenance Report.5.
