5、量控制参数(SIB11/12)触发的测量报告;l UE频内测量控制命令触发的测量报告;l UE频间测量控制命令触发的测量报告;l UE内部测量控制命令触发的测量报告;l Inter-RAT测量控制命令触发的测量报告;l 业务量测量控制命令触发的测量报告;l UE质量测量控制命令触发的测量报告;讨论UE测量报告。UE测量控制的相关背景参见UE测量控制过程研究报告。本文研究UE测量报告,用于对UE的测量报告库的维护、指导RRM V2开发,并供后续研究参考。对于V2实现,本文档作如下假设:l 只考虑1.28 Mcps TDD的情况;l 目前Node B带GPS接收机,暂不支持小区同步过程;l 不考虑

8、lCV - Conditional on value CH - Conditional on history2 测量报告综述UE测量上报方式根据上报IE不同可分为如下两种:附加上报:Measured Results on RACH测量准则上报:MEASUREMENT REPORT除了这两个IE上报测量结果;还有下列消息可上报测量值:PUSCH CAPACITY REQUEST如果在CELL_FACH状态下一个正在进行的业务量测量满足报告准则,并且与其MEASUREMENT_IDENTITY相关的RB是映射在USCH传输信道上,则UE将在SHCCH发送PUSCH CAPACITY REQUEST

9、(包含测量结果),而不是在上行DCCH发送MEASUREMENT REPORT。上报内容取决于消息PHYSICAL SHARED CHANNEL ALLOCATION中设置。第二阶段不使用共享信道,故在此不予分析。UE直接上报测量结果时又分为周期上报、事件上报(见附录1)。l 测量报告消息处理流程a) 根据报告消息使用的物理信道找到对应的UE ID;根据UE ID判断其当前服务小区Id。b) 根据Measurement ID判断报告值对应的报告类型及测量类型:事件上报时,则UE同时需要上报相应的Event results。周期上报时,则UE只需要上报测量结果。在此参考附录2的UE Measur

10、ement ID映射表。c) 利用下列信息在当前服务小区Id对应的报告库中搜索测量值存储位置:l 频内测量:【Cell parameters Id】l 频间测量:【频率ID, Cell parameters Id】l 业务量测量:【RB ID】l 质量测量:【传输信道ID】l UE内部测量:【报告量】UE具体报告量见附录4。d) 在相应位置存储此测量报告值。周期上报时,只需要将测量值存储在报告库中;事件上报时,先将测量值与触发事件发给被触发的RRM算法,然后将测量值存储在报告库中。下面将具体描述测量上报特性。2.1 附加上报(Measured Results on RACH)附加上报是利用IE

11、Measured results on RACH上报测量结果。此上报方式相当于NodeB侧测量的立即上报(On Demand)。SIB11/12中的IEIntra-frequency reporting quantity for RACH Reporting与IE Maximum number of reported cells on RACH 对IEMeasured results on RACH如何上报哪些测量量进行了具体设置。此IE上报的测量值不进行L3滤波。UE可上报IEMeasured results on RACH的消息如下: CELL UPDATE:小区更新采用: CCCH(RL

12、C-SAP: TM) INITIAL DIRECT TRANSFER:采用: DCCH(RLC-SAP: AM) MEASUREMENT REPORT:报告准则满足时采用: DCCH(RLC-SAP: AM or UM) RRC CONNECTION REQUEST:用户连接请求时采用: CCCH(RLC-SAP: TM) UPLINK DIRECT TRANSFER:采用: DCCH(RLC-SAP: AM)以上消息什么条件下可上报IEMeasured results on RACH?上报必须满足条件:包含测量结果的消息长度不能超过最大允许消息长度。INITIAL DIRECT TRANSF

13、ER,CELL UPDATE,UPLINK DIRECT TRANSFER三个消息只能上报CELL_FACH状态下的测量值。RRC CONNECTION REQUEST只能上报空闲模式的测量值。MEASUREMENT REPORT在CELL_FACH状态下只能在报告业务量(traffic volume)测量或UE定位测量结果时上报此IE对应的测量值。测量结果上报列表应该按照测量量的大小排序(第一个小区为最佳小区)。测量量设为RSCP的最佳小区为测量值最大的小区;而测量量设为 Pathloss 的最佳小区为测量值最小的小区。2.2 直接上报(MEASUREMENT REPORT)UE直接上报测量
