Overview The ship is designed according to Design Assignment of GRP Ships for 30m Offshore Oilfield Operations proposed by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., the ship will put for sailing in the offshore South China Sea and other waters, which is
2、used for work shift, production safety inspection of main line personnel. It is made up of a single bottom, single deck, transverse framing, GRP, and with double machines, double propellers. It is designed for operating area of offshore oil drilling, which meets the navigation requirements of Constr
3、uction Rules of General Offshore Production Operations.2. 4、n engine and Navigational speed, EnduranceThe ship is equipped with two 6135Aca marine diesel (total power 220kW), 135 type gear reducer which is made in Hangzhou, gear ratio 2.0: 1, and two MAU4-55 type copper propellers, it is also equipped with one 12kW auxiliary generator set, with hydrostatic s
5、peed of not less than 21km / h in the case of water depth of not less than 5.0, and wind power of not less than 3 magnitude. The designed endurance of ship is 120 hours, total volume of oil tank, water tank, precipitation water sump is 7.8m, 1.69m, 1m respectively.2.4 Crew quota4 seamen, 2 staff.3.
6、Overview of General Arrangement: 3.1 Bilge Stern-# 6 refers to stern cabin, which is equipped with rudder equipment and inspection hole cover of propeller blade.# 6- # 13 is a crew cabin for 4 people, which is equipped with 2 single beds, 1 double bed, 3 bedside cabinets, 1 double door wardrobe, 1 d
7、esk, 3 folding chairs, there is a inclined ladder open to the poop deck behind the crew cabin.One crew cabin should be set up in each side of gunwale, each equipped with 1 single bed, 1 single wardrobe, and 1 folding table.The 4-people crew cabin is equipped with 4 single beds, 2 bedside tables, 1 d
8、esk, 4 folding chairs. Bow refers to forepeak, which is also used for chain locker with vertical ladder leading to the main deck.3.2 Main deckWith 1 boat boom on it.And rear mast on the sail.Kitchen set up on larboard, equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel kitchen equipment and disinfection cab
9、inet, ect. Toilet and bathroom set up on # 20- # 24 starboard, with 1 squatting closet pan installed in toilet, 1 wash-basin, 1 shower head, and 1 electric heating shower installed in bathroom.#24-#30+200 is the restaurant, equipped with 2 tables, 12 square stools, 2 stand fans, 1 refrigerator, 1 wa
10、shing machine, and 1 TV with VCD stereo equipment. One single room is installed in each side of #30+200-#34+200 gunwale, each room is equipped with 1 single bed, 1 desk, and 1 folding chair. #34+200-#36 is cross aisle.# 36- # 48 is front crew cabin sail, which is navigation deck, a bench is installe
11、d in front of driving cabin.# 48- bow refers to bow deck, with a head flagpole set up on it.#6-#48, there is a 700 wide longitudinal aisle on each side of main deck, among which the local part of #13-#18+200 is 600 wide，and with 900 high safety rail installed on gunwale.3.3 Driving Cabin #35-100-#42
12、 front crew cabin sail is driving cabin, equipped with 1 steering control platform, 1 rotary driving seat, 3 folding chairs, aisles set up on both sides of driving cabin, with steel steps leading to the main deck. Mast, searchlight, ect. set up on top of driving cabin sail.4. Hull Structure:The ship
13、 is made up of single bottom, single deck, transverse framing, steel, welded structure, with rib spacing of 0.5m, the hull structure meets the requirements of ships in B-level navigating zone stipulated by Construction Rules of Inland River Steel Ships (1991), the main material is A grade ship steel
14、, Q235-B steel for deckhouse, all the welding adopts E4303 GB / T5117-95 electrode, for more details, please refer to structure calculation sheet and structural drawings.5 Marine Equipment5.1 Rudder equipmentThe ship is equipped with 2 hanging-type streamlined balanced rudders, with rudder area of 2
15、 0.625, rudder area coefficient of = 4.96%, balance coefficient 0.23, maximum rudder angle of 35 , powered by hydraulic steering gear.5.2 Anchor equipmentThere are two 100 kg submarine anchors installed on ship bow, equipped with 13 stud welding anchor chain, with chain length of 75m, a 13 manual wi
16、ndlass mooring winch, and a cable stopper installed on it.5.3 Mooring equipmentTwo 125 rooting bollards set up on the main deck stern, 75 single + welded bollards set up in its middle part, with one on larboard and starboard respectively, four 100 bollards set up on the bow, with one 11 15 wire reel
17、 set up on the main deck stern and bow respectively.5.4 Life-saving equipmentThe ship carries 4 lifebuoy, 16 life jackets.5.5 Fire EquipmentThe ship carries 2 water hose boxes, 10 fire extinguishers, 4 fire sandboxes, 4 fire buckets, 2 fire axes, and one fire shovels.6.
