21、标,深化探索了五步教学法:自主预习交流展示精讲点拨巩固拓展当堂检测,其中自主预习是重要前提条件,交流展示、精讲点拨、巩固拓展是核心内容,当堂检测是效果评价。一、自主预习预习效果直接决定着教学改革的成败。因此,提高预习质量成为提高课堂教学效率的重点。我在多年的小学英语实践中,依据小学生的年龄特点及知识基础,确立了“三年级扶,四年级半扶半放,五、六年级放的预习指导模式,循序渐进地培养学生自主学习的能力。三年级教师在课堂上重点进行预习方法指导,先由教师向学生渗透有效学习的方法与技巧,使学生在潜移默化中逐渐掌握预习方法,对预习不作学习任务的要求,完全是一种自然学习状态下的预习;四年级教师逐渐放手让学生

22、自主预习,通过预习提纲为学生预习提供知识与方法指导,注重发挥优秀生的榜样带动作用,激励学生自主进行预习;五、六年级将预习进一步深入,预习提纲的设计也可让一部分学生参与,进一步发挥学生的主观能动性,充分体现学生的主体地位。为达到更好的预习效果,我一是通过预习提纲设计为学生更好地完成预习任务进行系统指导,在预习提纲的设计中重点突出基本知识、基本能力、拓展知识,并且在设计中注重了“想学生之所想、想学生之所难、想学生之所疑、想学生之所错、想学生之所乐”。二是充分保证预习时间:三年级提前1天、四年级提前2天、五、六年级提前一周布置给学生预习任务,预习时采取个人预习、小组合作预习、教师指导预习等多种方法。

23、三是加强对预习的评价,通过小组评价或教师抽查、普查等形式实现对预习效果的管理,将学生预习情况进行量化,记入学生综合素质测评成绩,进一步激发学生预习的积极性一,同时便于教师了解学生预习的效果,及时进行二次备课,二次备课时教师一般通过在预习提纲中勾画完成,也可以教学实施后教学反思中二次备课的内容。通过“扶半扶半半放放”的预习模式,正视了学生之间的差异,没有将学生“一刀切”,使教师、学生不会因预习成为一种负担,而是在预习中充分体会着学习的快乐。二、交流展示如何将预习效果在课堂上灵活运用,则成为教学改革的关键。通过交流展示环节,可以为学生搭建展示预习效果显著的平台,给学生充分体现主体地位的机会。我们在

24、教学实践中,注重了个体与小组互相质疑交流展示。具体操作方法为:将全班同学按座位前后分为十几个学习小组,每个小组有4名同学,每小组有1名组长,小组长每周轮流担任;小组长起着组织协调本组顺利进行活动的任务,不代表本组的学术意见。小组内任何一人成员都可以进行发言等活动,其成绩记入本小组中,个人没有成绩,个人活动前可以与本组进行充分交流。当展示交流小组成员的汇报情况不是很充分时,其余同学对不明白的地方可以及时进行质疑,请展示小组回答,以便使交流展示的内容更充分。在课堂教学评价中将学生展示交流情况作为一项重要的指标,以激励教师给学生充分展示交流的机会。三、精讲点拨精讲点拨是展示教师高超教学技能重要的一个

25、环节,可以体现教师教学的机巧、教学机智、驾驭教材的能力、调控课堂的能力等基本教学素养,对教师提出了更高的要求。如何巧妙点拨,我认为在教学实践中应突出“精”与“点”,即教师要针对交流展示环节学生对重点知识交流不是很清晰或很到位时,教师设计小而精的问题,灵活地引导,使学生理解时产生豁然开朗的感觉。在这一环节切忌当学生交流不是很充分、学生理解不是很到位时,教师再重头讲解。因此,如何运用好交流展示的成果进行精讲点拨,需要教师不断地提高教学技艺。精讲点拨与交流展示两个环节有时相互交融,难以明显分割开,根据教材内容有的可集中展示交流后并进行精讲点拨,有时展示交流与精讲点拨交插进行,精讲点拨要触动师生的兴奋

26、点。精讲点拨时一是要对学生预习中难以完成的共性问题进行全面细致地系统讲解;二是对重要知识点进行强化,特别是使中下等生能够达到学习目标要求。四、巩固拓展巩固拓展是自主预习、精讲点拨的深化和提高,一是根据教学重点设计学习任务,进一步挖掘学生对知识点的理解;二是进行知识的拓展,让学生用学到的知识解决问题,提高学生灵活运用知识的能力,也可以与生活实际相结合,解决生活中的实际问题,注重学生的情感体验;三是系统总结、归纳学习任务,让学生学会总结的方法,深化对知识的理解,提高应用能力。五、当堂检测当堂检测一般通过限时作业的形式完成,教师可以在省配套练习册中选择题目,也可以另外设计题目,其中基础知识占60%,

27、基本能力占30%,拓展知识占10%,每堂课检测时间应不少于10分钟,教师要录堂进行评价,批改可以由学习小组内互批、组间互批、集体订正等方法,批阅后教师要统计达标情况,此项工作必须于下课之课完成,不要占用学生的课间休息时间。通过当堂检测一是可以评价教师课堂教学效果;二是可以评价学生学习效果;三是呆以评价教师教学能力。因此,当堂达标率是检验教师所有教学工作实效性的重要一个环节。当达标率不高时,教师可以及时进行反思,反思是不是教材分析不透彻、预习设计不科学、精讲点拨不到位、当堂检测题有难度等问题。教师可以准确分析自身存在的优点、缺点、问题、不足,及时进行改进。通过“自主预习交流展示精讲点拨巩固拓展当
