13、ur departments to plan the graduation. You should all feel honored that your classmates thought highly of you. Right now a sheet of paper is going around that I need you all to fill out. Please write down your name, telephone number, and what part of the graduation you would like to help organize. P
14、lease keep in mind that all the parts of the graduation require a great deal of time and devotion. So please sign up only for a part that you have time for. When you have signed the paper with your name, telephone number and part, please place the paper on my desk. At our next meeting on Friday, we will break up in groups and get to work on everything.
