1、Unit 8 Birthdays 教学设计The second period(第二课时)教材内容Story time(教材第7980页)(通过Miss Li询问Mike的生日,以及Mike描述过生日的场景,学习句型:-Whens your birthday ? -Its on the .of.;教材第80页的习题是对本节课学习的巩固和检测);Fun time(教材第82页)(询问生日并统计每个月过生日的人数。)教材分析本版块通过Miss Li询问Mike的生日,Mike描述生日当天的情形,学习句型:-Whens your birthday ? -Its on the .of.并通过此版块学习新
2、词组:have a party, buy a birthday cake, play some games, have a lot of fun。教材第80页的练习作为本版块复习巩固部分。Fun time版块通过询问学生的生日,统计班上每个月份有多少同学过生日,复习Story time部分的句型。教学目标基础知识1. 会听写词组:have a party, buy a birthday cake, play some games, have a lot of fun.2. .会自如运用句型-Whens your birthday ? -Its on the .of.基本技能1.能根据课文内容复
3、述或者同桌之间互相问答。2.会自如运用句型-Whens your birthday ? -Its on the .of. 综合素质1.通过本单元的学习,感受英语的生活化。2培养学生在生活中自如运用英语。教学重难点及突破重点1.会自如运用句型-Whens your birthday ? -Its on the .of.2.课文内容的整体感知。难点日期的表达法教学突破教师询问苏海的生日的情形,唤醒学生的学习记忆并让学生带着问题去课文中找答案:How about Mike?这样学生会很容易解决本课的难点,教师也可以将关键词或者关键词组板书在黑板上,减轻学生复述的难度。教学准备教师准备课文光碟,课文录
