14、人们的生活、医疗都得不到保障，教化事业更是没有起步。这完全可以说当时的中国是一个一穷二白、千疮百孔的国家。后来，新中国成立以后，中国共产党带领全国人民乘风破浪，走上了一条建设社会主义，复兴中华民族的阳关大道。你们看现在的中国，铁路、高速马路像蜘蛛网一样四通八达。神州6号、神州7号圆了中国人的飞天梦。体育事业也是突飞猛进，各种大赛的奖牌数总是名列前茅。听爷爷说，他们读书的时候，因学费特别昂贵，很多孩子都不能上学。现在，学费免了，住宿费免了，连书本费都免了，贫困的孩子每年至少要得到国家300元的生活补助费，让每一个孩子都能上学。医疗事业也有了长足的进步。合作医疗实现了，现在有病就能治，人人都享有了医疗保障。前几年，有病得不到有效医治，是因为药价太贵了，老百姓吃不起。为节约一点钱，有了病就在家里熬草药煎服，甚至能拖的就拖下去。总而言之，我深信我们的国家会越来越旺盛昌盛，祖国的明天会更加美妙!
