16、?为了拓展自身的学问面，扩大与社会的接触面，增加个人在社会竞争中的阅历，熬炼和提高自己的实力，以便在以后毕业后能真正真正走入社会，能够适应国内外的经济形势的改变，并且能够在生活和工作中很好的地处理各方面的问题，起先了我这个假期的社会实践。实践，就是把我们在学校所学的理论学问，运用到客观实际中去，使自己所学的理论学问有用武之地。只学不实践，那么所学的就等于零。理论应当与实践相结合。另一方面，实践可为以后找工作打基础。通过这段时间的实习，学到一些在学校里学不到的东西。因为环境的不同，接触的人与事不同，从中所学的东西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。正所谓“不以规则不能成方圆”。超市
17、作为一个经营单位，自然有自己的规则。例如不许篡位，不许随意换岗，不许随意闲逸闲聊等等。像我，是负责在食品区的巧克力区站岗的，就不能跑去生活用品区，更不能与同岗位的同事无视客人而夸夸其谈。在超市工作，必需有一个严谨的心与一份严谨的看法。首先，这就表现在严格固定的上班时间。我的上班时间是早上8点到中午12点半，晚上是7点到10点半。超市服务员的工作看似简简洁单地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正从事这份工作后才知其艰辛。早上必需一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要起先到达上班地点站岗了，而且一站就是几个小时，这样一天站下来，脚都有点颤抖了，发软了。唯一休息的时间，也就是上厕所的时间。而且，作为一个合格的超市服务员，
18、不能只是呆呆地站着，还必需适当的补货。货架上的货物被顾客买走了，货架就有空位置了，这是，我们就得从仓库把同样的产品拿来补到原来的位子上去。假如超市的顾客许多的话，不能只顾着补货，要看着点的，防止小偷的偷窃行为。当然，不是每时每刻都有货上的。有时，货架上的货物都补齐了，人就比较闲，但是这个闲不能表现出来，必需找别的事情做的。超市是不允许养一个懒散的员工的。所以，这个时候还得负责所在位置的清洁工作，要货架与食物看起来时刻都那么地光鲜亮丽，这样客人才有购买欲。除此之外，员工还必需驾驭所负责区域的相关学问。比如我负责的是巧克力区，那么我就必需驾驭巧克力的相关学问，包括热量，价格，味道等等。顾客就是上帝
