2、ofcommissioning4.调试步骤Processofcommissioning5.注意事项Precautions1.编制目的CompilePurpose为了指导和规范系统及设备的调试工作,检验系统的性能,发现并消除可能存在的缺陷,检查热工联锁、保护和信号装置,确保其动作可靠。使系统及设备能够安全正常投入运行,制定本方案。Thiscommissioningprocedureiscompiledtoguideandstandardizethepracticeoftestingandadjustingtofacilitateproofingofsystemperformance,findin
3、gandrepairingofpossibledefects,thusensuringthattheequipmentandsystemcanbebroughtintooperationsafelyandsmoothly.2.调试范围Scopeofcommissioning2.1协调控制系统是大型火力发电机组的主要控制系统,它将锅炉和汽轮发电机作为一个整体考虑来进行控制,协调锅炉控制系统与汽轮机控制系统的工作,以消除锅炉和汽轮机在动态特性方面的差异,使机组既能够适应电网负荷变化的需要,又能够保证机组的安全稳定经济运行。机炉协调控制系统直接作用的控制对象是锅炉主控制系统和汽轮机主控制系统,然后再
4、由这两个主控系统分别控制各自的子控制系统如锅炉燃烧控制子系统、锅炉给水控制子系统和汽轮机电液调节子控制系统等。Asamajorcontrolsystemoflargethermalpowergeneratingunit,coordinatedcontrolsystem(CCS)treatstheboilerandturbine-generatorasawhole,harmonizestheeffectofboilerandturbinecontrolsystems,andcompensatesthedifferenceinboilerandturbine-generatordynamiccha
5、racteristics,therebymeetingchangingdemandoftheGridandalsoensuringsafeandeconomicoperationoftheunit.TheCCSexertsinfluencedirectlyuponthemaincontrolsystemofboilerandthatofturbine,thenthesetwosystemsexertinfluencerespectivelyontheirownsubsystemssuchasboilercombustioncontrol,boilerfeedwater,turbinedigit
6、alelectro-hydrauliccontrol(DEH).2.2印度BALCO扩建4x300MW燃煤电站工程协调系统有如下几种控制方式:BALCOEXPANSIONPROJECT4300MWTHERMALPOWERPLANTCCShasfollowingcontrolmodes:手动方式Manualmode机跟随控制方式(TF)Turbinefollowcontrolmode炉跟随控制方式(BF)Boilerfollowcontrolmode机炉协调控制方式Coordinatedboiler-turbinecontrolmode3.调试前必须具备的条件Conditionsofcommis
7、sioning3.1该系统授电工作已经进行完毕并检验合格,软件恢复工作已经结束并检验合格。CCSenergizingandsoftwarerecoveryshallbefinished,fulfillingtherequirements.3.2该系统硬件检查和I/O通道准确度检查工作已经结束并检验合格。CCShardwareinspectionshallbefinished,andI/Ochannelsaccuracyshallbecheckeduptostandard.3.3主要热控设备、控制机柜、执行机构和变送器已安装就位。I&Cdevices,controlcabinets,actuat
8、ors,andtransmittersshallbeinstalled.4.调试步骤Processofcommissioning4.1静态调试Statictest4.1.1电缆接线检查Inspectionofcablewiring检查协调控制机柜与其他控制系统之间的电缆接线能否正确。包括:与DEH控制系统之间的接线,与热工信号报警系统之间的接线。CheckthecablebetweenCCScabinetsandothercontrolsystemsarewiredcorrectly,includingcablestoDEHcontrolsystemandtoI&Calarmingsignal
9、system.4.1.2信号传输试验Signaltransmissiontest检查输入、输出信号联络通道能否畅通无阻,各个联络信号在工程单位和量程上能否一致和合理。ChecktheI/Ochannelsworknormal,withinterchangesignalsconsistentinunitandrange.4.1.3静态参数的整定Staticparameterssetting各个PID调节器参数可根据机组设计额定参数及燃料的发热量进行理论计算后进行初步整定或按经历值进行初步整定,作为机组初次投入协调控制系统的原始动态参数。TheparametersofeachPIDregulato
10、rcanbesetpreliminarilyfromcalculationbasedontheunitratedparametersandfuelheatingvalue,orfromoperationalexperience.TheseparametervaluesareusedastheoriginaldynamicparameterswhentheCCSinitialisputintooperationforthefirsttime.4.1.4检查各子控制系统根据机炉主控指令变化能否正确。Checkthateachsubsystemchangescorrectly,inaccordanc
11、ewiththemaincontrolorderofturbineandboiler.4.1.5检查各种协调控制方式的手动/自动切换能否平衡,无扰动。ChecktheManual/Autochange-overoneachcoordinatedcontrolmodeiscapableofbalancing,withoutcausingdisturbance.4.1.6检查各种协调控制方式之间的切换能否平衡,无扰动。Checkthechangeoverbetweencoordinatedcontrolmodesiscapableofbalancing,withoutcausingdisturba
12、nce.4.1.7分别在各种协调控制方式下,检查调节器的作用方向能否正确,子控制系统的动作方向能否正确,协调控制系统与子控制系统之间的信号传输能否正确。Oneachcontrolmode,checkthefollowingitems:AllregulatorsactintheircorrectdirectionAllsubsystemsunderCCSactintheircorrectdirectionThesignalsaretransferredcorrectlybetweenCCSandthesubsystems.4.1.8检查协调控制系统的强迫手动条件能否正确、可靠。Checkthef
13、orcedmanualconditionsofCCScorrectandreliable.4.2动态调试及投入Dynamictestandoperation4.2.1投入下面子控制系统:锅炉燃料控制系统,锅炉送风控制系统,炉膛压力控制系统,主蒸汽温度控制系统,再热蒸汽温度控制系统,给水控制系统,除氧器水位控制系统等主要子控制系统。Putinthefollowingsubsystems:BoilercombustioncontrolsystemBoilerdraftflowcontrolsystemFurnacepressurecontrolsystemMainsteamtemperaturec
14、ontrolsystemReheatsteamtemperaturecontrolsystemBoilerfeedwatercontrolsystemDeaeratorlevelcontrolsystem.4.2.2初次投入协调控制系统应在机组负荷大于70%额定负荷时。TheCCSmaybeputintooperationforthefirsttimeonlyiftheunitloadisabove70%rating.4.2.3用锅炉主控进行“手动增加/手动减少燃料试验。在运行人员的配合下,操作锅炉主控制器,缓慢增加或减少锅炉主控的输出信号,观察给煤机的转速变化情况、炉膛压力的变化情况、汽温和
15、汽压的变化情况等来断定手动操作能否有效。Carryoutthe“Manualfuelup/Manualfueldowntestthroughboilermaincontrolsystem.Togetherwiththeoperator,manipulatetheboilermaincontrollertoincreaseorreducegraduallytheoutputsignalsofboilermaincontroller,andobservehowthefollowingitemschangeanddeterminewhetherthemanualoperationiseffectiv
16、eornot.CoalfeederspeedFurnacepressureSteamtemperatureandpressure4.2.4将汽机控制器由DEH控制方式切换到CCS控制方式,然后用汽机主控进行“手动增加/手动减少汽机阀门开度试验。在运行人员的配合下,操作汽机主控制器,缓慢增加或减少汽机主控的输出信号,观察汽机调节阀门开度的变化情况、汽机负荷的变化情况等来断定手动操作能否有效。ChangeoverturbinecontrollerfromDEHtoCCS,andthencarryoutthe“turbinevalvesopeningManualup/Manualdowntest.T
17、ogetherwiththeoperator,manipulatetheturbinemaincontrollertoincrease/decreasetheoutputoftheturbinemaincontrollerslowly,andobservethechangeinboththeopeningoftheturbinegovernorvalvesandtheloadofturbine,tojudgetheeffectivenessofthemanualoperation.4.2.5投入机跟随控制方式。Selecttotheturbinefollow(TF)controlmode.4.
18、2.6投入炉跟随控制方式。Selecttoboilerfollow(BF)controlmode.4.2.7投入协调控制方式。Selecttocoordinatedboiler-turbinecontrolmode.4.2.8负荷变动试验Loadfluctuatingtest当机组协调控制投入且负荷在70%-100%之间稳定运行一段时间后,进行负荷变动试验,进一步检测协调控制的性能。Afterthecoordinatedboiler-turbinecontrolisbroughtintoserviceandtheunitiscarrying70%-100%ofitsratedloadforac
19、ertainperiodoftime,carryouttheloadfluctuatingtesttofurtherexaminetheperformanceofcoordinatedcontrolsystem.5.注意事项Precautions5.1参加调试的所有工作人员应严格遵守现场有关安全规定,确保调试工作安全可靠地进行。Allpersonnelparticipatingincommissioningshouldstrictlyexecuterelevantsite-safety-rulestoensuretheworkcanbedonesafelyandreliably.5.2如在调试
20、经过中可能或已经发生设备损坏、人身伤亡等情况,应立即停止调试工作,并分析原因,提出解决措施。Incaseofanymisfortunealreadyorpossiblehappened,suchasequipment-damageorhealth-hazard,thecommissioningworkshouldbesuspended.Thesolutionmustbeissuedafteranalysis.5.3如在调试经过中发现异常情况,应及时调整,并立即汇报指挥人员。Ifanyabnormalityisdiscoveredduringcommissioning,adjustmentmus
21、tbeexecutedintimeandreporttheinstructorassoonaspossible.5.4调试全经过均应有各相关专业人员在岗,以确保设备运行的安全。Throughoutcommissioning,technicalpersonneloftherelevantspecialtiesshallbeondutyinordertoensuresafetyofequipmentoperation.5.5参加协调控制系统投入的人员包括热控调试人员、热控设备厂家服务人员、机炉调试人员以及机炉运行人员,参加人员需密切配合,明确本人的职责。TheinitialoperationofC
22、CSrequiresclosecooperationofI&Ccommissioningengineers,representativesofI&Cmanufacturer,boiler/turbinecommissioningengineersandoperators,thesefourpartiesmusthavetheirfunctionandtasknaileddown.5.6机炉调试、机炉运行人员应熟悉热控设备以及调节系统投入的方法、步骤。如有异常应立即切除自动,按运行规程操作,使机组继续运行,并通知热控调试人员自动已切除。Engineersandoperatorsinboiler/
23、turbinecommissioningshallknowwellI&CmethodandproceduresandbeskillfulatmanipulationofI&C.Ifanythingabnormaloccurs,removetheautomaticcontroltokeeptheunitrunningaccordingtotheoperatingregulations,andinformI&Ccommissioningengineersthattheautomaticcontrolhasbeentakenoff.5.7协调控制系统投入后,运行及调试单位应做好记录工作。AfterCCSputintooperation,theoperationandcommissioningdepartmentsshalltakecompleterecord.
