1、本文格式为Word版，下载可任意编辑管理会计师岗位职责任职要求 管理睬计师岗位职责 岗位职责: 1、监督海外子公司的财务核算,确保子公司财务核算合规; Supervising the bookkeeping of overseas subsidiaries to insure its compliance with the HQ finance policies. 2、检查海外子公司内掌握制度执行状况,确保子公司运营合规; Monitoring the implementation of internal control, to ensure the operation in line wit
2、h the internal control policy. 3、理解管理层需求,负责编制海外公司各类管理报告(如销售、毛利、费用、净利报告等); Prepare monthly management reports such as sales, gross profit analysis, expenses and net profit reports for overseas subsidiary and corporate top management team. 4、理解海外子公司业务,实施财务分析,提出管理建议,支持子公司实现经营目标; With an understanding i
3、n the business, carrying out financial analysis and offering financial suggestions to support the realization of business targets. 5、参加子公司年度全面预算编制,监督预算执行,组织预算报告,推动子公司年度预算目标的达成; Participating in budget planning of overseas subsidiaries, monitoring budget enforcement and review monthly budget report t
4、o support subsidiaries to achieve budget targets. 6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。 Others as per requested. 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,会计类相关专业,具有中级会计师职称、CMA证书者优先; Bachelors degree or above, majored in Accounting or related. CMA or Chinese medium level accountant preferred. 2、三年以上制造或贸易行业财务分析阅历,一年以上财务核算阅历,有总账阅历者优先; Minimum of
5、 3 years experience in accounting in multinational companies and more than one year in bookkeeping. Experience as a GL accountant is a plus. 3、英文听说读写力量强,能够与外籍人士正常沟通; Fluent in English, able to communicate with foreign colleagues. 4、有良好的业务理解力量,有海外公司财务管理阅历佳; Good understanding in the business, experie
6、nce in managing financial issues for an overseas subsidiary is highly appreciated. 5、娴熟把握office 办公软件(Excel/Powerpoint /word),有SAP阅历者优先; Excellent skill in Microsoft office (Excel/Powerpoint /word), familiar with SAP system preferred 6、有较强的沟通协调力量和工作主动性。 With strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated.第 2 页 共 2 页
