Implement one or more client projects through the leadership of project teams; Provide leadership to client and team by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule. 2. M
2、anage milestone, scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with clients, subcontractors and contractors. 3. Overlooks the execution of the projects and ensure the delivering per the established standards. 4. Track and manage financial performance of project for success (e.g., work plan, sche
3、dule, fees, change orders, billings and collections). 5. Manage project life-cycle; estimating, bidding, project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch list, turnover, opening, and project close-out. 6. Provide support in business development and marketing activities to promote company works. Requirem
4、ents: 1. Degree holder or above in architectural design or related majors from a recognized Chinese or foreign tertiary institution. 2. 8-10 years of experience with min. 5 years in project management role. Experience abroad or with international firms would be an advantage. 3. Experience negotiatin
5、g project scope, fees, managing project financial performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility for projects 4. Weekly supervision on teams design activity. 5. Experience with the full project lifecycle. 6. Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures. 7. Experience with project management software. 8. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino Grasshopper would be an advantage. 9. Willing to travel on project needs and able to work under pressure 10.
