2、des/Scenic/Paint/Ca rpentry/Furniture etc. in Theme Park, City Walk, Back of house, Parking, Team Housing. Management of all labor and non-labor resources to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations while maintaining superior show quality and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a high stand
3、ard of Guest Satisfaction (GSAT) and Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT). Promoting safety through education and training and leading by example. Major Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all team members and guests by understanding and complying with UBR requirements and actively participating in Env
4、ironmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policies, procedures and training. Direct and oversee the day to day operations of all UBR buildings and assets including Roofing/Flooring/Hardscape/Fences/Gates/Doors/Windows/Hardware/Facades/Scenic/Paint /Carpentry/Furnit
5、ure etc. to ensure safety of all guests and team members as well as maintaining proper show quality. Responsible for a comprehensive program of preventive and corrective maintenance for all buildings and assets including integrating required preventive maintenance plans, job plans/procedures, spare
6、and consumable parts program, and, safety programs into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo). Ensure all buildings and assets expense are kept on budget and overtime is kept to a minimum. Well manage capital requests and execution of approved capital projects. Interfaces with cont
7、ractors, vendors and government agencies to secure reliable and costeffective services and adhere to all applicable regulatory responsibilities. Conducts and oversees effective contractor negotiations. Develops and oversees GSAT initiatives for downtime time reduction and superior operational readin
8、ess of attractions. Responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the team. Ensure all of the team is properly trained for work activities and managing team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 10+ years experience in buildings and assets maintenance including Roofing/F
9、looring/Hardscape/Fences/Gates/Doors/Windows/Hardware/Facades/Scenic/Paint /Carpentry/Furniture etc. At least 3 years in a manager role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer literate with multiple software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, MS Project) Proficiency in Reading
10、, Writing, and Speaking English is required. Proficient with basic engineering deliverables such as drawings and specifications. Maximo knowledge preferred. Able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and weekends Familiarity with buildings and assets maintenance regulatory requirements and permit. Educati
11、on Bachelors degree in Utilities/Facilities management, engineering or construction management is required.
