Deal with customer warranty claim and get it proceed to be approved/or not, reply customer and provide part plan. 处理客户免补申请,并且判定是否可以通过,向客户供应相应的配件方案。 2. Deal with customer parts purchase order and follow up with confirmation, packing and shipping. 处理客户配件选购订单,并跟进订单确认,打包和发货事宜。 3.
