3、ion 定義 3.1 fire fighting apparatus: fire extinguishing apparatus, alarm apparatus, escapes apparatus and the necessary apparatus with the saving. ? 消防設備:係指滅火設備、警報設備、避難逃命設備及消防搶救上之必要設備。 3.2 fire extinguishing apparatus: the fire equipments by water or other solvent. 滅火設備:指以水或其他滅火藥劑滅火之器具或設備。 3.2.1 all
4、kind of fire extinguisher.各類滅火器。 3.2.2fire fighting powder 消防砂。 3.2.3 indoor fire hydrant equipment室內消火栓設備。 3.2.4 outdoor fire hydrant equipment室外消火栓設備。 3.3 alarm apparatus: the equipment telling the fire 警報設備:指報知火災發生之器具或設備。 3.3.1the apparatus giving an alarm automatically to the fire火警自動警報設備。 3.3.2

18、apparatus 消防設備平安檢討處置 5.3.1 if there is a need to increase the fire fighting and safety apparatus after the analysis, the stocking should be done from the eligible purveying manufacturer according to the relative regulation. 檢討結果有增加消防平安設備需求時,須依規定尋找合格供應廠商後,依採購相關規定進行採購。 5.3.2 if the new increasing fire
19、 fighting and safety apparatus are stocked for the first time by the factory, the factory service unit will evaluate the risk and plan the control of the insufferable risk according to the regulation of the “career safety and sanitation distinguishability and risk evaluation procedure book”. 如新增之消防平
20、安設備為公司第一次採購時,由廠務單位依職安衛危害鑑別與 風險評估作業程序書規定進行風險評估與不行忍受風險掌握規劃作業。 5.4 check, maintenance, and handle 檢查、維護與運用 5.4.1 the report of the check and maintenance should hand over to the eligible manufacturer of the fire fighting apparatus. 定期檢修申報作業須委託合格之消防設備商辦理。 5.4.2 to maintenance, check, and test in date. 定期
21、保養、檢查、測試作業: 5.4.2.1the factory unit should maintain in date of the fire fighting and safety apparatus 廠務單位依規定進行消防平安設備之定期保養。 ? 5.4.2.2 carry out the check of the fire fighting apparatus including the test of the function and the capability; the factory service division will make the relative regulati
22、on. 實施消防設備之檢查應包含功能及性能的測試,相關操作標準由廠務部訂定。 5.4.3 inspection in date定期巡檢 ? 5.4.3.1the fire-fighting apparatus should be checked in date according to the SUBJECT:主題 DOC. NO. 23、and improved in the regulated time. 消防設備之檢查實施依規定實施定期檢查,如有異常必要時,須在規定時間內進行維修及改善。 5.4.3.2the important regulations are as the following: 巡檢之重要規範說明如下: (1) The place of the fire fighting apparatus posited in each area should not change without the permission of the people of the factory service and safet
24、y and environment. 各區域所設置的消防設備位置,非經廠務或安環人員許可不得擅自變更 (2) Do not enter the fire fighting apparatus area and operate without the permission of the people of the factory service and safety and environment.消防設備區域非經廠務或安環人員許可不得進入及操作 (3) Forbidden to place the flammable things and the other none-relative equ
25、ipment in the area of the fire fighting apparatus 消防設備區域內嚴禁放置易燃物品及其他非相關設備 (4) Nothing can be placed before the equipment such as fire extinguisher, fire hydrant, etc. 滅火器、消防栓等區域前嚴禁任何物品阻檔其使用操作 (5) Nothing can be placed to hold the passage and the fire door. 嚴禁任何物品堆放阻檔通道及平安門的開啟 5.5 the drilling of mee
26、ting an emergency 應變演練運用 5.5.1 when each department carries out a drilling, they should notify the presumable situation of the using to the factory service and environment unit and also should help to recover the apparatus after the drilling 各單位實施緊急應變演練作業時,除將消防平安設備預計使用情形通知廠務及安環單位外,並負責於演練後將設備協助復原。 5.
27、5.2 if some equipment needs makeup and repairing after the drilling, should notify the factory unit to finish the protection. 假如演練後有設備須要補充或維修時,應通知廠務單位完成維護作業。 5.6 management of the abnormality 異常處理 5.6.1in the checking of the fire fighting apparatus or if someone finds the fire fighting apparatus is
28、abnormal, he should notify the factory unit to manage. The factory unit should record the situation of the abnormality and management, and turn in the automatic check result to the safety and the environment unit with the check result so as to invest and analyze the reason for the 5.2.? OF VERSION DATE ? 實施消防設備於檢查時或人員發現消防設備有異常狀況時,應通知廠務單位前往處 理,廠務單位應將異常狀況及處理情形紀錄後,每月协作自動檢查結果通知安環管理單位。以利統計調查分析其缘由,供应5.2分析使用。 5.6.2 if the factory unit can deal with the fire fighting apparatus, they should hand over to the outsid
