2、并给出原因这一活动,使交流真切、实际,保证了语言交际的有效开展,发展了学生的综合语言运用能力,体现了以学生为本的教育理念。二、教学背景分析:Pandas are beautiful black-and-white animals. They look like bears. They are very quiet and friendly. They eat bamboo leaves(竹叶).Baby pandas spend a lot of time drinking their moms milk. The number of pandas is getting smaller and

3、 smaller because many of their living places are becomingfarmland(成为农田).Some people catch them for their fur(毛皮).If this goes on, there will be no pandas in the world.Animals are our friends. But some of them are in great danger. We should tell people about these problems. If more people know about

4、these problems, maybe they will do something to help.三、教学目标:1、知识目标:(1)掌握本课时动物名称的词汇。(2)能够运用以下句型进行交际:Lets see the pandas first.They are my favorite animals.Why do/dont you want to see them?Because they are interesting/scary.Where are they from ?They are from China.使学生熟练谈论自己喜爱的动物并给出理由。让学生谈论自己喜爱的其他东西并给出

5、理由。让学生了解动物的生存情况。2、能力目标:能够用目标句型谈论动物及其生存情况。3、情感目标:(1)培养学生对动物的喜爱之情和自觉保护动物的意识。(2)通过学习可以使学生更加热爱生活。热爱父母、热爱朋友,热爱自然。(3)能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助。四、文化意识目标:了解世界各地不同种类的动物,及它们特定的生长环境。五、重点难点:1、熟练拼写和运用表示动物和描述动物的重点词汇。2、掌握和运用why引导的特殊疑问句及其回答。3、听力口语训练。4、特殊疑问句的定义及结构,why引导的特殊疑问句,形容词的用法。六、教学过程设计:1.情景导入出示图片“Animals in the zoo”

OK ?S: Great! Lets go!2.1a,(1)出示教学图片,指导学生学习动物名称的词汇。(2).学生记忆新单词并独立完成1a的配对。3.1b.教师播放1b的录音,学生仔细听录音,完成1b.4.1c.口语练

9、”e.g. -What animals do you like?-Dogs.拓展:狮子lion,老虎tiger,大象elephant长颈鹿giraffe猴子monkey猫cat熊猫panda2.辨析: smart, clever, cutesmart指“头脑敏捷的,精明老练的”,常指思维能力很强,办事巧妙,能圆滑地处理人际关系等,有时也带有表面的和肤浅的色彩。clever,指“聪明的,伶俐的,能干的”,尤指很有理解和学习能力的。cute 有“机灵,精明,可爱”之意,但常用来形容人或动物的可爱。e.g. You cant cheat(欺骗) him because he is a smart b

10、oy.People love to see the clever monkey.Pandas are very cute.3.kind of “有几分,有点儿”,相当于副词,其后多接形容词,口语中常用。e.g. The boy is kind of nervous.拓展:(1) kind作名词,意为“种类,类型,类别”构成的词组有:一种a kind of何种what kind of许多种类的many kinds of各种各样的all kinds of/ .many different kinds of(2) kind可作形容词,意为“和蔼的,亲切的”,常用于句型:Its very kind o

Your father is sleeping.也可以作名词,意为“睡觉,睡眠”go to sleep就寝,入睡get to sleep设法入睡go to bed上床睡觉e.g. He cant go to sleep because of the noise outside.What time do you go to bed in the evening?拓展:asleep是形

13、容词,意为“熟睡的”。多用在系动词后作表语。sleepy是形容词,意为“有睡意的,困倦的” e.g. My baby is asleep now.二、句子探究:Why do you like pandas?你为什么喜欢熊猫?此句是由why引导的特殊疑问句,其回答应用:becausee.g. I like cats because they are cute.拓展:可用于句型:Why dont you+动词原形 ? 意为“为什么不干某事呢?”用来提出建议。提出建议的句型还有:“Lets do咱们。吧”“What/How about doing。怎么样?”-Why dont you go shop
