Emotion aim : be able to treasure the family members.Teaching key& difficult points:Key point: the correct pronunciations of the family members.Difficult point: 1.The different meanings of the word “uncle” and “aunt”, let students

The key sentence pattern “How many people are there in your family?” ask friend to inquire the numbers of others family.Teaching aids: word cards, some photos of the family, tape, PPT, videos. 4、ures:Step1.Warming-up1. Daily greetings to all the boys and girls.(If time permits, teacher can have some simple communications to the class)2. Play the tape and guide students to sing a song“I love my family”(Intention: in order to active the atmosphere of the class and it can lead in the topic of

Play“ brain storm” to have a short revision of the family members(use the PPT to browse these words: father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, sister, brother)2. Teacher draws the family tree on the blackboard and tells students “Look, my boys a
6、nd girls. That is a very big tree. Can you guess who are in my family?”3. Give students the word cards to stick on the family tree .Step3.Presentations1. T: Ok, my boys and girls. Everyone has done good job. What about the rest of the tree? You know, I have an especially big family. “Mother” and “fa
