1、高二英语形容词比拟级冀教版【本讲教育信息】一、教学内容：形容词比拟级131 最根本的规那么 首先，我们要说明英文形容词有三个等级：原级、比拟级和最高级，最根本的规那么是根据音节的多少来分的。一般来说，单音节的形容词在词后面加er，就变成了比拟级，加est就变成了最高级，而双音节，或双音节以上的形容词，比拟级是在词前面加more，最高级那么是在词前面加most，举例来说，old, smart, strong, weak, high, low等等都是单音节的形容词，它们的变化如下： 原级 比拟级 最高级 old older oldest smart smarter smartest strong
2、stronger strongest weak weaker weakest high higher highest low lower lowest 以上的形容词，都是单音节的，以下的例子都是双音节的形容词：原级 比拟级 最高级 difficult more difficult most difficult delicious more delicious most delicious beautiful more beautiful most beautiful correct more correct most correct stupid more stupid most stupid
3、 significant more significant most significant 有一个规那么必须注意，我们不能将more和er混在一起用，以下的例子都是错的： He is more older than I. He is more taller than his brother. 正确的句子是：He is older than I. 4、8. cheap 9. famous 10. cold 11. fast 12. careful 13. colorful 14. long 15. dark 16. bright 132 特殊的比拟级规那么 在上一节，我们说明了最根本的规那么，那就是单音节形容词加er或est，双音节的形容词前面加more或most。但以下就是这些根本规那么的例外。 1单音节形容词的词尾是e，就直接加r或st： 原级 比拟级 最高级 large larger largest late later latest nice nicer nicest wise wiser wisest 2形容词的词尾是y，而前一个
5、字母是一个子音，那么去掉y，加上ier，或iest： 原级 比拟级 最高级 lucky luckier luckiest happy happier happiest pretty prettier prettiest dry drier driest easy easier easiest 3单音节形容词的词尾是子音，前一音是一个元音，那么字尾必须重复一次，再加er或est： 原级 比拟级 最高级 fat fatter fattest hot hotter hottest wet wetter wettest big bigger biggest 4完全不规那么的变化：英文中，有几个特殊的词

His English is better than mine. San
7、 Francisco is more beautiful than New York. His car is cheaper than your car. He is the most diligent student in his class. I like apples more than oranges. He has more money than his brother. He is stronger than his brother. 必须注意的是以下的句子是错的： I am older than him. She is smarter than me. 为什么错了呢？因为原来的句
8、子应该是： I am older than he (is). She is more smart than I (am). 习惯上的is和am都省略掉，由以上的解释可以看出，than后面的句词应该是主词，而非受词。 以下的错误，也请特别注意： My head is larger than your. 正确的句子是： My head is larger than your head. 或者 My head is larger than yours. 请看以下几个错误的句子： My house is larger than your. The temperature of this city is
9、 higher than San Francisco. The height of Himalayas is greater than Mt. Fuji. My bicycle is older than his. 正确的句子应该是： My house is larger than your house. 或者 My house is larger than yours. The temperature of this city is higher than the temperature of San Francisco. 或者 The temperature of this city is
10、 higher than that of San Francisco. The height of Himalayas is greater than the height of Mt. Fuji. 或者 The height of Himalayas is greater than that of Mt. Fuji. 形容词各等级的用法：1、原级同级比拟：asas; not as(so)asWell give you as much help as we can. She isnt as(so)active in sports as before. 2、比拟级：表示两者之间比更可用状语muc
11、h, a little, even等修饰： He made fewer mistakes than I did. He is even richer than I. 3、最高级：形容词最高级前必须加the, 副词最高级前常省略the，后面多用of， in短语表示范围：It was the most/least interesting story I have ever listened. He is the tallest of the three. 4、如果在两者之间表示“最时要在比拟级前加the，而且还要用of the two, of the pair短语： John is the cle
12、ver of the two boys. Of the two boys, John is the clever. 二. 重点与难点： 1、asas结构：你和汤姆是一样好的孩子。Youre a boy as good as Tom.=Youre as good a boy as Tom. 2、1tooto与 sothat sb. cant的句型转换：前者为简单句，主语只有一个，而后者为复合句，主语有两个，试比拟： The man was too angry to be able to speak. The man was so angry that he wasnt able to speak
13、. The milk was too hot to drink. The milk was so hot that we cant drink it. 2tooto与 not enough to句型的转换： He is too young to get married.=He is not old enough to get married. The book is too difficult for me to read.= The book is not easy enough for me to read. 3、形容词原级表示比拟级含义：约翰不像迈克那么笨。John is not so
14、stupid as Mike. John is less stupid than Mike. John is cleverer than Mike. 4、用比拟级表示最高级：约翰是班里最高的男生。 John is taller than any other boy in the class. John is the tallest boy in the class.
