17、的制作,但砌体拉结筋和箍筋的制作,由乙方安排加工)。筏板和转换层钢筋的脚手架的搭设,后浇带钢丝网的安装和加固。(2) 、焊接工程包括:本工程规范允许焊接的所有焊接工作的人工及相应的焊接材料,包括电渣压力焊及筏板钢筋连接工料。二次结构的植筋由项目部负责。(3) 、钢筋工程包括:原材料进场配合卸车,加工场所有钢筋运输至施工现场人工上下车(运输工具由甲方提供),场内运输卸货就位,分类堆放整齐,场内二次搬运,制作和绑扎、安装钢筋,垂直、水平运输,马凳保护层,制作、安放垫块保护层,浇砼时钢筋值班保证负筋保护层正确,及时利用短钢筋,现场短钢筋清理堆放整齐。(4) 、钢筋的制作和绑扎需要的扎丝和焊条.焊药以

34、程量增减: 如发生图纸范围内的变更,所产生的增减工作量甲方不另行计算,即包含在每平方米承包价范围内(工期不顺延)。四、工程款的支付办法1、工程进度款支付办法:按工程进度节点拨付工程款(1) 、地下室部分:(2) 、商业部分:(3) 、住宅:(4) 、工程主体完成后支付完成的层以上工程量的80%。(5) 、余款在工程屋面刚性层钢筋完成后一个月内支付至,余款在工程竣工验收后一年内付清。(6) 、以上均为完成节点工作后乙方报送此段已完成工程量,甲方审核后支付工程款。2、乙方必须按设计及相关规范保证质量,如乙方完成部分需要整改或者有相关的遗留问题必须在拨付工程进度款之前处理完成,否则不予拨付工程款。3
35、、乙方必须按照甲方及项目部的进度计划要求进行合理安排,滞后的工期必须及时安排赶上,如工期已经滞后且乙方未合理安排时,甲方或项目部有权组织突击班组进行突击,费用由乙方支付,高出平常工资部分由乙方负责补足,在工期未赶上计划工期之前不予拨付工程进度款。4、乙方必须听从甲方及项目部的指挥和安排,不得野蛮施工,如乙方拒不听从,甲方及项目部有权停拨工程款,必要时更换班组,乙方工程款必须待工程达到工程款拨付节点后方能结算工程款。五、工人工资的发放办法1、承包人保证工人进场时,严格参照中华人民共和国劳动法及其法规同每位工人签订劳动合同,记载劳动合同期限、工作内容和工作地点、工作时间和休息休假、劳动报酬及其支付
