1、1 / 18辽宁省 2019 年初中学业水平考试英语学科考试说明征求意见稿为贯彻落实教育部关于进一步推进高中阶段学校考试招生制度改革的意见以及我省关于考试招生制度改革的相关文件,发挥考试评价对全面深化基础教育课程改革和学校教学工作的正确导向作用,现制定辽宁省初中学业水平考试英语学科考试说明。一、命题依据初中英语学科学业水平考试依照义务教育英语课程标准 2011年版以下简称英语课程标准所规定的初中英语毕业标准进行命题,目的是全面、准确地考查初中学生在英语学科学习方面到达国家课程标准所规定的初中毕业水平的程度。二、命题原则1. 基础性:注重全面考查学生对初中英语学科基础知识和基本技能的掌握情况,遵
2、循英语课程标准规定的五级目标基本要求,确定考查内容与标准。2. 应用性:着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力,防止单纯考查语言知识,表达学生“ 用英语做事情 ” 的理念。3. 适切性:充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平。试题贴近社会, 贴近时代,具有教育意义。4. 真实性:选用真实、地道的语言素材,设计比较真实的语言情境,考查学生在具体语境中运用语言的能力。5. 科学性:确保语言知识准确,试卷结构标准、合理,确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、偏、旧的试题,杜绝政治性、知识性、技术性错误。6. 导向性:注重试题对初中英语教学的导向作用,全面考查学生听、说、读、写等技能,有助于减轻学生课业负担,有利于培养

6、物、行为和特征,说明概念等。(4) 学会使用 1500 个单词和 200300 个习惯用语或固定搭配。语法(1) 理解“ 语法项目表 ” 中所列语法项目并能在特定语境中使用。(2) 了解常用语言形式的基本结构和常用表意功能。(3) 在实际运用中体会和领悟语言形式的表意功能。(4) 理解并运用恰当的语言形式描述人和物;描述具体事件和具体行为的发生、发展过程;描述时间、地点及方位;比较人、物体及事物等。功能在交往中恰当理解和运用本级别所列功能意念的语言表达形式。话题围绕本级别所列话题恰当理解与运用相关的语言表达形式。四、考试形式、时间及试卷结构1. 考试形式及时间考试采用闭卷方式。听力口语测试采用
