Sales totaled 7.425 billion kWh, exceeding sales of 330 million kWh the annual Executive budget, an increase of 729 million kWh. -Security measures: unplanne d outages 2.5 times.

44、 should adhere to three on the economic benefits of improving, outreach二、与本课题相关的国内外研究现状,预计可能有所突破和创新的方面( 文献综述 ) 光面爆破技术在不稳固岩体掘进中的研究和应用光面爆破 ( 以下简称光爆 )这门边缘学科,是 50年代后期在瑞典兴起的,随后,即传到美国、英国、芬兰、和日本等许多国家。50年代初期,瑞典的哈格卓普、达尔博格、基尔斯特罗姆、伦得博格与兰基弗斯等人首次进行了“光面爆破,也叫周边爆破。以后在美国,由霍姆斯作了进一步的发展,使岩壁能达到如刀切般的光滑,并且围岩基本不受破坏。随着光面爆破的
45、发展,相继应运而生了“预裂爆破( 也包括原来的“轮廓线钻孔法) 等爆破方法,这些方法可统称为“光面爆破 。光面爆破 (smooth blasting)是井巷掘进中的一种典型的控制爆破方法,目的是使爆破后留下的井巷围岩形状规整,符合设计要求,表面光滑,损伤小,稳定性强。光面爆破只限于断面周边一层岩石 (主要是顶部和两帮 ),所以又称为轮廓爆破或周边爆破。在井巷掘进中应用光面爆破具有以下优点:(1) 能减少超挖和出岩量,特别是在不稳固岩石中更能显示其优点。(2) 对井巷围岩的炮震扰动范围小,相应的炮震裂缝少;可有效地减少应力集中引起的塌方,减少落石和危险断面,避免事故发生和人员伤亡;改善作业环境,
