45、紧凑、 连续地进行，严禁中途停工。在开始灌注 过程中，导管埋入混凝土的深度不得少于1.0m，灌注过程中一般控制在1m-3m 以内。为确保桩顶质量，根据高铁技术标准，在桩顶设计标 高以上加灌 1 米以上高度，以便保 证混凝土 强度，多余部分接桩前凿除，桩头应无松散 层。6、灌注水下混凝土 时，随 时探测钢护 筒顶面以下的剩余孔深并 计算所灌注的混凝土的高度，以便控制 导管埋入深度和 桩顶标高。测锤法：用 绳系重锤吊入孔中，使之通过泥浆沉淀层而停留在混凝土表面，根据测绳所示锤的沉入深度 换算出混凝土的灌注深度。7、在混凝土灌注过程中，要防止混凝土拌和物从漏斗溢出或从漏斗外掉入孔底，使泥浆内含有水泥
46、而 变稠凝固，致使测深不准。同时应设专 人注意 观察导管内混凝土下降和井孔水位上升，及时测量复核孔内混凝土面高度及导管埋入混凝土的深度，做好 详细的混凝土施工灌注 记录，正确指挥导管的提升和拆除。探测时必须仔细，同时以灌入的混凝土数量校 对，防止错误。8、施工中导管提升 时应保持轴线竖直和位置居中，逐步提升。拆除导管动作要快，拆装一次 时间一般不宜超 过 15min。要防止螺栓、橡胶垫和工具掉入孔中，要注意安全。已拆下的 导管要立即清洗干 净，堆放整齐。9、控制混凝土灌注速度及方法：灌注混凝土 时，随 时掌握混凝土灌注高程及 导管埋深，当混凝土埋 过钢筋笼 23 米时，才将导管提至 钢筋笼底端
