1、高考英语学习提升课堂：英文刊物时文选文：太阳能汽车无论是中考还是高考，命题的选材大概率不会出自教材，许多是来自英文刊物上的文章。因此，虽然教材我们要用，教材中的课文我们要教，但是我们还要给学生不断补充和提供英文刊物上的文章。通过大量阅读这些文章，提高学生的语言和思维品质的核心素养，具有更广阔的现代和未来国际视野。那么，如何使用英文刊物文章做教学材料呢？一、选材首先，要注意选材的内容，不要用那些涉及一些敏感话题的材料。最佳的材料是那些所有人都能接受的人文、科技、经济、社会、教育、民生等方面的大众化的文章。二、用途根据选文的特点，我们可以赋予选文不同的用途：用于阅读教学（重点是词汇），用于七选五教
2、学（重点是衔接与连贯），用于单词形式与用法教学（重点是各种动词形式和连词），用于完形填空练习（重点是词汇）。当然，我们也可以多用途使用一篇选文。三、改编选好材之后，需要做的主要是根据用途对选文在长度和词汇上做必要的修改。1.裁剪长度首先是要根据选文的长度和用途考虑是否需要修剪选文。用途不同，选文使用的长度也会有所不同。用于阅读教学的选文可以长一些，用于七选五、单词形式填空和完形填空的选文，其长度可以参考高考试卷中相应题型的长度。自己用的选文长度可以长于高考试卷中相应材料的长度，但是不要短于它们。修剪选文长度的过程有助于我们提高对衔接与连贯的认知。如何把选文修剪到能够保持其完整性和连贯性的长度，
3、是需要水平的。这对出七选五题特别有帮助。2.修改单词从英文刊物上所选的材料基本上都多多少少含有超标词。这些词有的是课标词汇的词群词，有的则是完全超出课标的词。课标词汇的词群词应当保留，并且要在选文教学的过程中，把这些词群词作为教学的重点之一。对于完全超出课标的词，可以用这些词的课标同义词进行置换，或者用课标词汇换言之（paraphrase）。对选文中极个别完全超出课标的关键词，实在无法替换，可以采用中文标注的方式。这些词在数量上不易多，1到3个就好，当然没有最好。对选文单词的修改过程，有助于加深我们对课标单词的认识，提高我们自身的词汇认知和使用水平。四、选材实例昨天在网上看到一篇关于太阳能汽车
4、的文章，觉得很好，于是复制粘贴了下来，做了一些改动，可供老师们在教学中使用。这篇选文的长度感觉正好，没有做任何裁剪。对选文中的一些超标词汇做了置换，对两个词语加了汉语标注。对词汇进行修改之后，除了专有名词和标注的词之外，几乎所有的词都是课标单词或者课标单词的词群词。文章的出处：Light year 0 solar-assisted car will go into production this yearTommy OCallaghan, CNN Published 16th June 2022（注：有少量文字改动）Dutch company Light year has announced

11、oping cars with solar panels, but none are ready to hit the market yet.The Sono Sion, scheduled for production in 2023, promises to provide an average of 10 miles of solar range per day.The Aptera Never Charge is a futuristic-looking three-wheeler that the company claims will collect about 40 miles

Aptera told CNN that it hopes the car will enter production in 2023, and it already has 24,000 reservations.But while the whole concept of the Light year 0 may be based around improving efficiency and cutting charging time, it has a maximum speed of just 100 mph, while i
13、ts 0 to 100 mph time is a slow-moving 10 seconds, something that Hoefsloot admits is down to a focus on range.Its expensive too: One of the 946 launch models will set you back 250,000 ($262,000) - slightly more than a Ferrari Roma, and some distance clear of mid-range family EVs like the Nissan Leaf

16、cle, distance, Dutch, efficient, enable, launch, maximum, motor, Netherlands, plug, Portugal, range, roof, schedule, significantly, slightly, solar, Spain, trunk。这些单词中要重点和深度讲解的是charge的不同词义和各种形式的意义与用法，plug的不同词义和各种形式的意义与用法，range的不同词义和各种形式的意义与用法，重点提一下trunk在文中的意义。其他的给出词义，让学生能够识认就行了。B. 呈现与讲解课标单词的词群词：addi
17、tional, arched, assist, cloudier, delivery, disclose, efficiency, feedback, futuristic, production, recharge, reservation, temporarily。重点是讲解派生规则或相关的课标词，如dis+close，re+charge，product+ion，cloudy-cloud+ier，reserve-reservation, assistant-assist，帮助学生建立课标词汇与它们的词群词之间的联系。C. 阅读课文，理解大意可以让学生阅读之后，用英文或中文写一个文章内容的概述，用于了解和强化学生对选文大意的理解。D. 阅读课文，翻译句子从选文中选取一些有意义特点的句子（有新意或难理解的句子）或有句法特点的句子（复杂句，动词形式多样的句子），让学生翻译成中文。E. 讲或讨论解选文的衔接手段的使用与连贯模式（叙事顺序）F. 布置课后学习任务：让学生背单词，熟记派生规则和词群词。学科网（北京）股份有限公司
