9、访者的积极品质入手,发掘其积极品质优势,在不断体验自己积极优势和积极人格带来的积极情绪体验的同时,改善其心理问题。本研究旨在验证积极心理疗法对初中生自卑心理问题的干预效果。本研究使用自卑感量表从来访者中筛查出5名存在自卑心理问题的初中学生,用积极心理疗法对其进行了心理咨询干预。积极心理疗法主要从培养积极情绪和体验、培养积极人格品质、构建积极社会支持系统等三方面对来访者进行干预,通过有序的十四步帮助存在自卑问题的来访者完成了从自卑到自信的转变,极大地促进了其积极品质的培养和发展,促使个体心理健康发展。其中,还使用了VIA-IS问卷来寻找积极品格优势。研究结果表明,运用积极心理疗法,很好的解决了初
10、中生自卑心理问题。积极心理疗法关注个体的积极优势,更有利于调动其内在能量,发挥其主观能动性,更易增强学生自信心。实践证明了积极心理疗法对初中生自卑心理问题干预的有效性,肯定了其在促进初中生心理健康方面的重要作用。关键词:积极心理疗法;初中生;自卑心理问题IIABSTRACTJunior high school students are at a significant time in their life. Lowself-esteem which is common in this community has great influence onstudents physiology and
11、 psychology. Further more, the influence islong-term and continuous. So it is urgent to solve the problem of juniormiddleschoolstudentslowself-esteem.Positivepsychotherapyhaschangedtheperspectiveofsolvingtheprobleminthepast.Startingfromthepositivequalities of the visitors, the consultants explore th
12、e advantages of theirpositive qualities through encouraging and guiding methods. So that thestudents can continuously experience their positive advantages and positiveemotional experience which is brought by positive personality, meanwhile,theirpsychologicalproblemsimproved.This study aimed to verif
13、y the positive psychological therapyinterventioneffectonjuniormiddleschoolstudentinferioritypsychologicalproblems.Theessayusedthe“inferioritycomplexscale”screeningoutfivejunior high school students who existence of inferiority problem.Positivepsychotherapy intervene the visitors mainly from three as
14、pects, such ascultivate positive emotions and experiences, cultivate positive personalityqualityandbuildpositivesocialsupportsystemandsoon.Throughorderlyfourteen steps help self-abased visitors completed the transition frominferiority to confident. It has greatly promoted the cultivation anddevelopm
15、ent of the positive quality, and promoted the development ofindividualmentalhealtheducation.Amongthem,italsousestheVIA-IStofinditspositivecharacteradvantage.The result shows that the use of positive psychotherapy can solve theproblem of students inferiority mentality. Positive psychotherapy whichfoc
16、uses on individuals positive advantages is more conducive to mobilizestudentsinnerenergy,playtheirinitiativeandenhancetheirself-confidence.Practicehasprovedthatpositivepsychotherapyaffirmeditsimportantroleinpromoting the mental health for junior high school students by having ainterventionfortheirinferioritycomplexpsychologicalproblems.
