1、因病缺勤病因追查与登记制度幼儿园是群体集聚的场所，一些群体性传染病的流行，往往是个体传染患者没有得到及时、有效的控制。因此，执行因病缺勤追查与登记制度，对于确保校园内的卫生安全，关系重大。根据上级有关要求，特制订本制度如下：一、各班班主任对于因病缺勤的幼儿，应当了解幼儿的患病情况和可能的病因，如有怀疑，要及时通知家长，并及时追查幼儿的患病情况和可能的病因，以做到对传染病病人的早发现。二、各班班主任负责每天班内因病缺课幼儿人数的统计与登记，并做好因病缺课幼儿的联系工作。三、一日活动中发现幼儿有传染病早期症状（如发热、皮疹、腹泻、呕吐、黄疸等）以及疑似传染病病人时，应当及时告知家长，以便进行进一步
