1、大学英语课程教学大纲(本科艺术类、对口专业及专科)课程编号:161100101/161100102/161100005/161100006/161100007/161100008 (旧代码1631207/1631208/1631209/1631210/M161001/M161002)课程名称:大学英语 总学时数:非模块专业:总学习负担420学时,课堂理论教学210学时,自主学习210学时 模块化专业:总学习负担280学时,课堂理论教学140学时,自主学习140学时一、说明部分1课程性质本大纲是参照教育部颁发的大学英语课程教学要求以及参考大学英语教学指南(征求意见稿),并根据我院的实际情况而制定

2、的,用来指导本院的本科艺术类、对口专业及专科的大学英语教学。大学英语教学是高等教育的重要组成部分,对于促进大学生知识、能力和综合素质的协调发展具有重要意义。大学英语课程是大学生的一门必修的基础课程。大学英语以外语教学理论为指导,以英语语言知识与应用技能、跨文化交际和学习策略为主要内容,并集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系。2教学目标及意义合肥学院是以“地方性、应用型、国际化”为办学定位的。我校本科艺术类、对口专业及专科的大学英语教学是帮助学生打下扎实的语言基础,培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,增强学生的跨文化交际意识和交际能力,同时发展其自主学习能力,提高综合文化素养,使他们

3、在学习、生活、社会交往和未来工作中能有效地使用英语,满足国家、社会、学校和个人发展的需要。3教学内容及教学要求教学内容:1) 视听说部分主要是“以听力训练为导入, 以听说技能交互训练为过程,以口语表达为目标”,加强了对听说能力的培养和训练,注重师生互动和学生间的互动,引导学生从语音模仿、话语训练到针对个人某个话题表达自己的观点,逐步提高学生的实际交流能力。2)读写部分注重接受技能和产出技能训练的有机结合,注意输入与输出的关系,注意语言知识与语言交际能力的关系。加强对文章的理解和运用,引导学生提高全面理解整篇文章的能力。在加强综合理解能力训练的同时,通过翻译、选词填空等方式突出重点词语的用法训练

4、,进一步加强和提高学生使用这些基本词语进行语言表达的能力。3)写作部分是以结构分析和写作两者互为依托,相辅相成。先结合课文进行分析,指出篇章结构的特点,在此基础上让学生依据提纲进行段落写作。实用写作培养学生阅读和模拟套写在交际环境下的常用应用文的能力。4)课外自主学习部分除课本内容之外,还包括绕口令、名言名句诵读、经典演讲、原声电影片段、VOA新闻等等,培养学生学习、体验、欣赏英语和英美文化的能力。教学要求:根据课程要求和我院艺术系、对口专业以及专科学生的实际情况,艺术系、对口专业以及专科学生的英语水平和能力应低于课程要求中的一般要求,能够在原有的基础上有较大提高,要求具体如下:1)听力理解能

5、力:能听懂日常简单的英语谈话,能基本听懂慢速英语节目,能掌握其中心大意。能运用基本的听力技巧帮助理解。 2)口语表达能力:能在学习过程中用得体的英语进行简单的交流,表达比较清楚,语音、语调基本正确,能就实际涉外交际话题进行交谈。能在交谈中使用基本的会话策略。3)阅读理解能力:能基本读懂一般性题材的简单的英文文章,能读懂工作、生活中常见的应用文体的较简单的材料。能在阅读中使用有效的阅读方法。4)书面表达能力:能用简单的英语完成一般性写作任务,能用简单的英语写常见的应用文,内容基本完整,用词恰当,语意连贯。能掌握基本的写作技能。5)翻译能力:能用简单英语翻译基本句子或段落。译文基本准确,能在翻译时

6、使用适当的翻译技巧。6)推荐词汇量:掌握的词汇量应达到2400个单词和400个词组(含中学应掌握的词汇),其中800-1000个单词为积极词汇,即要求学生能够在认知的基础上学会熟练运用,包括口头和书面表达两个方面。 4教学重点、难点1)语言基础知识包括基本语法、语音和词汇 2)学生听说能力的培养与训练 3)学生读、写、译等实际表达能力的培养与训练 4)学生“跨文化意识”的培养5教学方法与手段 读写译课在教室上课,教师利用多媒体课件、教材、网络视频材料等进行教学,讲授语言及读写译技能,培养学生的读写译能力,传授跨文化背景等方面知识;视听说课在英语语音实验室进行,教师在小课堂组织学生训练听与说的能
