1、联合培养博士研究生协议书联合培养博士研究生协议书Agreement of Joint Training for Doctoral StudentsAgreement of Joint Training for Doctoral Students（博士生导师用）(Use for(Use for Doctoral Supervisor)Doctoral Supervisor)本协议书由以下两方签署完成。 甲方为河北工业大学联合培养博士的导师， 乙方为联合培养博士接收方的导师。This Agreement is completed by the signatures of both parties.
2、 Party A is the doctoral supervisorof sending doctoral students in Hebei University of Technology, and Party B is the doctoralsupervisor of joint training for receiving doctoral students.甲方：(导师姓名） ，(工作单位）Party A:(Supervisor Name),(Unit Address)乙方：(导师姓名） ，(工作单位）Party B:(Supervisor Name),(Unit Address
3、)为加强高校之间的合作交流， 增强学生的培养质量， 甲乙双方共同开展联合培养博士研究生工作，甲方每年向乙方派出1-3 名联合培养博士生。In order to strengthen cooperation and communication between universities and colleges, andenhance training quality of students, the both parties shall work together to conduct the jointtraining program for doctoral students, in whi
4、ch Party A shall send 1 to 3 doctoral students for thisjoint training program to Party B.1、甲乙双方共同制定联合培养博士培养方案并对联合培养博士进行培养，联合培养博士要在规定的时间内完成相应的考核；1. The both parties shall make the training program of joint training for doctoral students andconduct training for the doctoral students, and the doctoral
5、students shall complete thecorresponding assessments within the stipulated time;2、乙方需为联合培养博士提供学习研究必要的实验条件、设备、研究费用等；2. Party B needs to provide the necessary experimental conditions, equipment, researchexpenditure and others for studying and researching of the doctoral students in the joint training;
6、3、联合培养期间，联合培养博士应在乙方指导下开展各项学习及研究工作并定期向甲方汇报学业完成情况；3. During the period of the joint training, the doctoral students shall carry out all kinds of studiesand researches with the guidance of Party B and report regularly the situation of education to PartyA ;4、联合培养博士的学籍仍保留在河北工业大学，仍享受河北工业大学所提供的奖助学金；4. The
7、student status of the doctoral students in this joint training program shall be kept byHebei University of Technology, who still have rights to enjoy the scholarship provided by HebeiUniversity of Technology;5、河北工业大学负责联合培养博士的论文答辩、学位授予、毕业派遣工作；5. Hebei University of Technology shall be responsible for
8、 thesis defense, degree granting andgraduation dispatch for the doctoral students in the joint training;6、联合培养博士须遵守乙方所在单位的各项规章制度，认真学习和掌握相关安全操作规程。 由于违反规章制度产生的一切后果与经济损失将由联合培养博士负责， 如后果已触犯法律，则将依法处理；6. The doctoral students must obey all related rules and regulations in Part B, study carefullyand grasp t
9、he related safety operation procedures. The doctoral students shall be responsible for allconsequences and economic losses arising from violation of rules and regulations. If they breachthe law, it shall be handled by related government sectors.7、发表、公开与获得资助有关的论文、研究项目或者科研成果时，应注明“本项目 /成果/论文得到河北工业大学联合培
10、养博士研究生项目资助（英文缩写为Sponsored by JointDoctoral Training Foundation of HEBUT） ”7. When publishing papers, research projects or scientific research achievements that aresupported by the funding program, it shall state the information of “this project/achievement/paperhas been sponsored by Joint Doctoral T
11、raining Foundation of HEBUT ”;8、联合培养博士在乙方所在单位做论文期间涉及的保密工作，必须遵守乙方所在单位的保密规定。如有泄密，乙方有权追查联合培养博士责任。8. For the confidential work during the period of writing papers in Party B, the doctoral studentsmust abide by all confidentiality provisions of Party B. If any betrayal of confidence, Party B hasthe right
12、 to track down the responsibility of the doctoral students;9. 其它未尽事宜，由甲乙双方协商解决。9. Any unsettled issues shall be settled by the two parties through consultation.本协议一式二份，自签订之日起三年内有效，甲、乙双方各执一份，如果因故中止或变动，需双方协商同意。This Agreement is made in duplicate and shall be effective within three years from the date signedby the both parties, and each party holds one copy.
