5、esults.Amodernpainter,PanayiotisTetsis,unknowinglyrepeatedtheartisticatmosphericobservationsofclassicalmasters.Intheartists’descriptionofsunsetslightovertheGreekislandofHydra,thecolorratioshiftedtowardsredinpaintingsdonebothbefore(June19,2010)andafter(June20,2010)adustcloudfromSaharaDesertfilt
6、eredthesunset’slight.Zerefos’teamconnectedthetimingofclassicalpaintings’redshifttootherrecordsoftheatmospheretrappedinicecoresfromGreenland,intherecentstudypublishedinAtmosphericChemistryandPhysics.Theicecoresrecordedspikes(尖刺)insulfur-containingchemicalslikelyfromvolcanoes.Thesesp
