1、外资申办流程 一:流程Procees: 工商名称核准Industry and commerce name pre-approval外经办批复和批准文件Copy and approval documents of foreign economic cooperation office工商营业执照Busine license质监局代码证Bureau of quality supervision code certificate 国、地税税务登记证State and local tax registration certificate 外汇局外汇登记Foreign exchange bureau e
2、xchange registration基本户（开户许可证）Basic household (opening account permit)海关Customs 财政部门登记Financial sector registered 二、外方所须要供应的资料清单The list of information to be provided by the foreigners 1、投资者主体证明Investors subject prove （履历事项全部证明书原件的）(The whole original of history matters certificates)（须要大使馆认证）(Embay
3、certification required) 2、履历事项全部证明书及翻译件。The whole history matters certificates and translations.3、投资者银行资信证明。The credit certificate of investor bank. 4、境外投资者的公证或认证资料/外国个人投资者有效入境签证的护照复印件。 Foreign investors notarized or certificate information/ The photocopy of paport of foreign individualinvestorsvali

7、3、申请表（2份，仅限于独资项目）The application form(2 copies, limited to sole proprietorship projects) 4、可行性探讨报告（2份）The feasibility study report(2 copies) 5、董事会、监事会名单及董事、监事授权托付书The board of supervisors and the list of directors、supervisors attorney .6、境外投资者的公证或认证资料/外国个人投资者有效入境签证的护照复印件（1份）Foreign investors notariz

9、ade and Industry Bureau) 9、送达授权托付书（1份）Service the power of attorney(1 copy) 10、中方投资者营业执照复印件（1份，仅限于合资、合作项目） The copy of Chinese investors busine license (1 copy ,limited to joint ventures、cooperation projects) 11、审批机关要求的其他材料Other materials required by the approving authority.外商投资的公司设立登记所需提交的文件（营业执照）
