2、htwentytwentieththirtythirtiethfortyfortiethfiftyfiftiethsixtysixtiethseventyseventietheightyeightiethninetyninetieth2.基数词的用法 表示确数“大于1的基数词+普通不定代词+名词”作定语修饰名词时,名词用复数形式。例:two more students;基数词+度量单位+形容词(long/wide/deep/high.)表示计量。例:He is 1.91 meters tall. 他身高1.91米。 “基数词+连字符+名词/形容词”作定语修饰名词时,名词用单数形式。例:a fi
3、fteen-year-old boy;a ten-minute walk= ten minutes walk。 表示年龄用阿拉伯数字或基数词表示。 例:20/twenty years old 二十岁。at the age of+基数词,意为“在.岁时”,后面不再加years old。in ones+整十数的复数形式,表示“在某人几十多岁时”。3.序数词的用法序数词前若有名词所有格、形容词性物主代词等限定词时,则不加the;表示顺序时,序数词前必须加the,其后接可数名词单数;序数词前面也可以加不定冠词a或an,表示“又一,再一”,内含顺序性;物品编号时,序号在前用序数词,序号在后用基数词,即“
4、名词+基数词=the+序数词+名词”,有时可以直接用数字来表示;表示在多少世纪时用序数词,其前用介词in。【拓展】:解答此类试题时可按照以下方法来判断应填序数词还是副词: 填序数词the+序数词+名词, 例: the twentieth century;序数词表示列举, 例:first,second,third;名词所有格+序数词+名词, 例:my daughters eighth birthday;形容词性物主代词+序数词+名词,例:my fourth try。 填副词once/twice a day/week/month/year 动词+once/twice 除此之外考生还需掌握基数词变序

8、f+名词复数):hundred,thousand,million等词与of 连用时,要用复数形式,且前面不能再加数字。例:thousands of factories 成千上万家工厂 考向二、分数 1.分数的构成:分子基数词,分母序数词,分子大于1,分母加-s。例:2/3 two thirds;5/9 five ninths;2.“分数+of+名词”作主语,谓语动词的单复数应由名词的单复数来定。例:Two fifths of the work has been finished.五分之二的工作已完成。(谓语动词与work保持一致)Dad, about three fourths of our
